Practicum week 4

This week was rather uneventful, just more hunting down SFX for audio plays. This marks the end of my Practicum, but i look forward to my future in voice acting! This also marks the end of my time in post secondary, so while i only know one of my instructors is likely to see this, Thank you, i have learned a lot, and i couldn't of done this without your expertise and support.

Practicum week 3

Every day, first thing I do is check my email, and my professional discord. Aside from that, work flow fluctuated day to day.

This week was was pretty busy! Did some monologues and redid them later in the day. Additionally I created some intro cards for new members of the voice acting studio.

I did voicing and production of an advertisement we were given to work on, quick note, my Kermit impression is not very good

I worked on personal job opportunities with a friend starting a studio, but was a good business experience.

And I put together sound effects for a project the studio would be doing later on.

Practicum week 2

very interesting week, learning lots about the process of communication and how difficult getting everything in a studio organized can be.

gotten my toes wet in voice acting with auditions! under nda though so thats all i can really say, but my instructors give very helpful and clear advice for where to direct my acting practice!

so far, slow pickup, but getting better!

Practicum week 1.

So far, we are in a bit of a lull. A client is in the process of being secured, so i can pretty confidently say the next couple of weeks will look more busy.

To add on, My practicum had actually given me free classes the prior month! Every Sunday, I attended a voice acting class, I thought it was very fun, and I learned quite a bit during those classes.

Practicum

Finally onto Practicum! now its time to document.

Doing my practicum at a voice acting studio, I've actually been taking lessons from this studio since beginning of April-ish? So far so good! I'm learning a lot and i really like the folks I'm working with.
