You can see Luigi’s still internally beating himself up for that stupid “it died!” response, so Mario puts aside a moment to give him a playful nudge on the arm to let him know it’s all cool before he steps forward to present his own idea. It’s such a good, quick little character detail that says so much about their relationship.

I hope yall like Super Mario because I'm obsessed with the whole franchise ngl. Heck, I used to draw a genderbent version of the Bros. (Maria and Louise) and imagine both of them meeting and becoming friends. I have to admit that I still do till this very day, but I'm now just focusing more on my anime dog boy OCs.
