can i just say that ppl are really showing their gender essentialism when they refer to ships involving the male-voiced crewmates as “yaoi” and the female-actor-voiced crewmates as “yuri” and the cross-ones as “het.” all the crewmates are nonbinary. all the characters are the same gender. and an amab they/them person is the same gender as an afab they/them person regardless of their voices.

I deeply love the color gang because it is so endearing how much they hate being separated. Whenever they’re separated (even if initially by choice) they all lose their minds. They have to be together

The fact whenever they see each other after being reunited their first instinct is to hug or even just jump on top of eachother. In the group chat short when Blue gets overstimulated instead of just leaving to be alone even if she clearly wants quiet she sits next to Yellow. Green getting so depressed and spiraling a little after he pissed everyone off in Influ arc and they needed time away from him. Them risking everything again and again to save eachother no matter what. They love eachother so fucking much

I need a thousand fics about the trip to Erid where Grace slowly runs out of food and his health is deteriorating to the point that he can barely move around and he is legitimately considering suicide just to make it stop, and Rocky has to watch this all happen, he can hear Grace's squishy insides becoming weaker, less efficient, he notices the energy leaving his brilliant friend, who now only responds with small sentences and isn't interested in anything anymore, and his sleep is sporadic and restless and getting longer and longer, and all Rocky can do is try to keep him comfortable while helplessly watching Grace die, just like his crewmates did.
