Whenever someone talks to me carefully and understandingly and when they are open minded I keep defaulting to feeling like a helpless animal and I think to myself:

"Do I seem or look like a helpless animal?"

"Yes, probably, maybe, perchancely, well yes."

And then I realize that it's normal and good and just the way that considerate people talk when helping somebody solve and issue and I realize that maybeeee I am not well.

I know that for a fact but it's like there's two me's in my noggin, tugging at the masking part of my self perception and I wonder what is even the real me and if what I feel is even real.
