Janus faced friends (two faced friends)

Janus ~ Roman myth, pictured as having two faces.

With growing up comes friends; lot’s of them. With friends comes fake friends; more fake than real. We have all had Janus faced people come in and out of our lives, but realize that if someone truly cares, they are not deceitful to you.

I think we’ve all had that “friend” or two who says one thing to your face then the opposite behind your back. It sucks. It really does, but, why let someone who doesn’t truly appreciate you, take over your thoughts rather than the people who do appreciate you? I know i’d much rather think about how loved I am rather than how many people don’t love me, wouldn’t you?
