Tenho recebido muito spam de seguidores +18, tudo bot com perfil vazio e links de outros sites +18 na bio, alguém sabe como parar isso??

Coincidentemente, percebi que começou esse spam pelo mês de dezembro, que foi quando comecei a ficar bem off por causa da covid (ainda recuperando de algumas complicações agr em janeiro). Será que eles só "atacam" perfis parados?? Alguém já passou por algo semelhante depois de alterar a rotina de uso da rede?
