Good news! ☀🌼 EA ID - central_park_sim I've already uploaded some of my builds to the gallery! All my builds for the base game and for Sims can be found there! The builds with DLC will still be available on Patreon.

You once really liked the school I built, so I made a few improvements and now it’s completely ready! Also, back then I built a kindergarten, which you can see in the photos with the school. I was sure the kindergarten photos were already on my Tumblr, but it turns out they aren’t (((( I’ll upload them a bit later!

Besides that, there are several fully furnished houses for different families, including starter homes! I’d be happy if you like them and keep them in your saves! When I built the school and kindergarten, the "playground" lot type didn’t exist yet. Previously, the buildings were listed as libraries. But I changed the lot type to the new one so that there are children on the lots.

Hi! It's been such a long time since I was here! My computer is getting worse at running The Sims 4, so I play it less often. But my desire to finish my save is too strong! I managed to build a lot over these months, but many of the constructions for the basic save seem silly to me (((( Honestly, the shape of the roofs on this street drives me crazy!!!! The houses really look like garden gnomes! But I spent too much time trying to remove their exterior and interior, so I don't know what else to do with them now.

There are only four houses on this street, not counting all the other builds for my previous basic save, and there are dozens of those! Some I showed but didn't share links to download! Last night, I got a strong burst of inspiration and built something for the first time in a long while that I’m happy with! I really like how the exterior turned out; it’s not very complicated and it looks clear. I’ve already come up with what builds will be in the new save.

I thought maybe some of you might like these builds, and you could download them from Patreon. All the builds are for the base game, without CC or DLC. If it’s more convenient for you, I can also upload them to my gallery page — there I can also add more sims for the basic save.

In these photos, you can see one of the streets in Villein Creek. I really like how the tool’s design turned out, but since this is an old save, I’m a little worried it might not work properly for everyone. Fortunately, I saved all the plant and bush placements for the tool in the gallery. So, reproducing it might take some time, but it will be straightforward. ☀

Hi! Recently, I was reinstalling Gshade and lost my presets. 💧 Today, I finally finished creating a new preset! I can't wait to show you everything I've been working on lately! Here are some screenshots of the new house for the base game.

This house is different from the others; I built it based on a real house plan! Usually, I don't build large houses, especially on such big lots (50x50). But I really liked the result! I'll share more details about the house in my next post! 🐇🌼
