But specifically danya having to physically depend on fedya(nutrition, help w heat, ect.) ough i love it smm
I know damn well i WILL be projecting my dependency issues onto him… well fedya too but shh🤫
Took me a bit but Fedir having to take care of his needy mate who's stuck in bed, squealing and complaining when he's playing the drama queen because he's getting hormonal again which is giving Fedir a headache because Danya can be very demanding. He just can't help it and Fedir knows that Danya isn't doing it on purpose, because that's just how he is and he would never blame him for it but it can be pretty exhausting because every time he's in heat, he gets extra extra cuddly and Fedir is hardly able to leave the house during that time because Danya wouldn't let him go (and if he does and Fedir comes back, smelling like someone else, it'll turn into a whole new level of drama)
Don't you dare- GET BACK HERE!!! *grabs you by the collar and forces your ass to sit down again*
Okay, so- we have 2 options here;
1. Would be Fedir being the Twilight werewolf where Danya gets to cuddle with an uber-hot oversized wolf (hot as in temperature warm- Mr. "My skin colour is vampire default white" needs it, let's be real)
Or
2. The two would go through the most heart wrenching drama when Fedir either gets bitten by a werewolf and goes through the transformation for the first time or because he's been living with the curse for a while and always made excuses for why he can't be with the band/ Danya during the full moon and the days before that- until Danya somehow manages to discover his secret, with Fedir transforming into a REAL werewolf and not some oversized puppy, but a REAL monster, who is terrified to hurt Danya by accident when he can't control himself (of course, Danya wouldn't leave his side either way, even if it would cost him his life- tragic gay romance with a hint of monsterfuckery ✨)
Ziferblat but make it mermaids, with Fedir working as a janitor/security guy in a local water park to finance his masters degree and with Danya getting stuck in one of the aquariums by accident when he got caught in a strong current, caused by the monthly exchange of seawater of one of the tanks that’s directly connected to the ocean.
Over the course of 3 weeks, Fedir notices that the number of fish in one of the tanks keeps declining for an unknown reason before he discovers a suspicious shadow on the surveillance cams one night- with him suspecting that an unknown predator had somehow found its way inside and with him investigating one evening after the park closes.
One day, Fedir stays late and seeks out the tank with the declining population to investigate- he almost gets assaulted by Danya who realised that he got caught and who now wants to get rid of Fedir so he wouldn't get into trouble but is distracted by the pretty man and messes up in the end, with Fedir also being too mesmersised by the merman to be angry about almost drowning- until now, merfolk was supposed to be a myth, so he can't believe his eyes but Danya disappears before Fedir can ask him anything.
On the next day, Fedir stays late again because he works the night shift this time. After he is left alone in the park, he sits by the water all by himself, taking care of his homework while he's secretly eyeing the bucket of fish he had snatched from the daily rations before, which is now standing right next to him in a good distance that's still close enough for him to notice when someone sneaks up- hours pass by and Fedir finds himself dozing off at some point when he suddenly feels like he's being watched, a sudden noise letting him shriek up again, making him turn his head in confusion until he notices that a pair of golden eyes is eyeing him from the water. Frozen in fascination when he's supposed to be terrified of the creature that could have killed him the day before, he stares at the one in the water, watching how the creature makes their way towards the bucket without breaking eye contact, before a hand reaches out of the water, snatching the bucket and dragging it underway with a quiet splash- Fedir only let's out a laugh before he shouts that they can at least say "Thank you" for the food before a gnawed down fish skeleton hits his head, followed by an angry splash of a pink shimmering tail.
The two repeat their evening ritual for the following 3 days, with Danya slowly getting more comfortable with Fedir- up to the point where he even spells out that he hates the specific kind of fish Fedir always brings for him with the help of seaweed, asking for an alternative, so Fedir brings some fresh salmon on the 4th day, which is enough to finally get him out of the water, who immediately slips on the smooth surface like a baby seal, flopping around while trying to find a position to stay in, before Fedir grabs him and helps him to sit down on a nearby decorative rock, with Danya now being extremely pissed off and embarrassed while Fedir had a good laugh.
The two start a conversation about how Danya managed to get stuck in here while he also comes clean about being the reason why the fish disappear, since he has to eat- with Fedir pitying him obviously since he is going to stay stuck in here until the next water replacement because Fedir has no idea how to operate the gates himself and it also would be too obvious to make it look like a random malfunction. The news upset Danya, who just wants to go back home while Fedir tries his best to bring a positive spin to the whole disaster by offering Danya to spend some time with him in the evenings and by bringing him whatever he needs to make his stay more comfortable, while Fedir also debates if it would be better for him to move Danya into a different tank so they wouldn't risk for people to see him in the aquarium one day.
For now, he decides against it and they keep up their nightly visits with Danya opening up more and more to him about his culture and him being a merman. At some point, he even offers Fedir to show him his underwater place, a small nook in one of the fake rock statues. At first, Fedir is irritated because he isn't the best swimmer, but he agrees anyway, when it takes him a few tries to submerge entirely due to some light panic flare-ups, until Danya just grabs his hand and pulls him underwater, with Fedir not being able to get a full lung of air before they dive and with him now running out of air even faster. Before he can black out, Danya pushes forward and puts his lips onto Fedir's, who is suddenly able to breathe again- now opening his eyes in irritation because he can't understand what's happening, before Danya pulls him up again, now explaining that he is able to let a human breathe through a "kiss", which is possible by him filtering the oxygen out of the water through his gills, giving it to Fedir, who is beyond fascinated by this discovery, letting Danya beam with joy because that means they can dive together more often.
It doesn't take long for them to come up with excuses to "dive again", so they can share each other's company more often, when Danya suddenly begins to push Fedir away one day, halfway through the waiting time until the next water exchange. Fedir doesn't understand why Danya is so cold to him out of the sudden, is feeling his heart ache because he was beginning to fall in love with Danya and he was thinking that it was the same for him but the merman is giving him the cold shoulder now and doesn't show up in the evenings anymore for him. The human who can't understand what's going on, decides to dive down to Danya's hideout, with his swimming skills still not having improved enough to make it all the way down without Danya's help, so he blacks out, already seeing himself as dead when Danya saves him in the very last minute to drag him to the surface again. It takes Fedir a while to come back again, with Danya being there when he wakes up- pissed but overwhelmed by joy because Fedir didn't die, but instead of being happy about it, he immediately knows that something is wrong, since Danya's appearance changed completely; his short white blonde hair is wild and untamed, the scales that used to be bright pink are shimmering in an orange now and his teeth and the nails on his fingers are as sharp as talons now. Concerned, Fedir asks about the reason why this happened, with Danya explaining to him that mating season is coming near and it has him change, which is also the reason why he's avoiding Fedir because one of the reasons, why there are so many tales of drowned sailors is because of humans interfering with the mating seasons of the merfolk, who end up drowning their mates by accident mostly.
Fedir is shocked but not opposed and tells Danya that it's not a problem for him and that he wants to help, because Danya is obviously visibly struggling, who is -at first- opposed by the idea, especially because of Fedir's swimming skills, but gives in eventually, because his body is BEGGING for him at this point, so they decide to meet the following night again.
The next day flies by faster than a blink, with Fedir being worried about the event, when he gets into the water with Danya, who is already having a hard time controlling himself due to his instincts making him act even more feral now. It doesn't take long for things to escalate, with Danya doing the one thing he swore himself not to do; drag Fedir down against his will, who barely makes it out of the water again, fleeing as an reflex. While he hides around a corner, debating whether to flee and call in sick for the rest of the month until Danya can escape on his own, he suddenly hears his cries of agony before he suddenly begins to hum and sing and Fedir returns to the water again, now drawn in by the music.
Danya, who didn't expect Fedir to come back to him, shrieks for a moment, before he's barely able to keep his hands from clawing at Fedir again, distancing himself quickly from the human who begins to realise how much Danya is ACTUALLY suffering because of his biology, when he sees that Danya's tail is covered in scratch marks, with whole scales missing here and there, so he tries his best to comfort the man in the water, who is now terrified to even touch Fedir's hand again due to what happened earlier, when Fedir tells him that it's okay, but Danya is too afraid, when it suddenly clicks in the human's head and he tells Danya to come out of the water instead, since the land and the slippery surface of the platform next to the tank isn't his element.
While Danya slips out of the water in a corner of the room, in a supposedly dead angle of the area, Fedir is getting some towels and whatever he can find to keep Danya from slipping back into the water again, with Danya now being surprised and visibly amused by the whole situation, because Fedir even helps to dry him off like caretakers are doing it with baby seals sometimes- with Danya making seal like noises when Fedir tells him about it, which breaks the ice between them, changing the atmosphere entirely, which dips into a cozy, sensitive vibe when Fedir undresses himself after the two had started to make out, when a new problem presents itself because Danya's anatomy is different from his human one, obviously. Danya then explains to him that it's like seahorses with his kind, so it is actually possible for them to have regular sex, since he's a male- with Fedir now being alarmed by the idea of getting Danya pregnant by accident, who only shrugs it off because human/merfolk crossbreeds haven't existed in centuries now. When he sees that Fedir is still struggling with his anatomy and the tail, he softly takes the man's hand and guides him to the right place, with him slipping inside shortly after, letting him moan in relief because his body had been BEGGING for intercourse with the human at this point.
The sex between them is not bad but it's nothing that would kill Danya's appetite, with him needing the water and a mate he can wrap his tail around, to satisfy his wishes, before Fedir suddenly jumps up and takes off to get a rebreather and an oxygen tank from the cleaning crew and returns to the confused merman who doesn't understand what's going on when Fedir jumps into the water after suiting up, with him now being the one who pulls Danya under for once. It takes him a moment to understand what the human means by this but after it clicked in his head, he is thrilled because now, he's back in his element again- stopping himself in the very last minute because he could still hurt Fedir severely who gives him a sign that it's okay for him.
After some more, rather violent rounds with the merman that leave not only the gear damaged, Danya finds himself back on the platform, with his tail dipped into the water while lying in Fedir's arms, purring happily, while Fedir, who's aching all over now, calls him “his little seal” because of the noises Danya makes, who protests at first, but agrees with the nickname eventually. Both end up falling asleep, with Fedir finding himself awake in the morning, still by the tank, with him being injured and the broken gear next to him, when he's being woken up by his boss, who is more than pissed at the damages and fires Fedir for incompetence because he's assuming that there has been a break in.
Danya, who was watching the whole thing in silence, because he managed to slip into the water before he would be discovered, is beyond upset because it was his fault that Fedir fell asleep and is now torn because with Fedir gone, he would have to go back to being on his own in this huge tank again and he cannot handle the thought of not being able to see Fedir, so he does something irrationally stupid that ends up with him being discovered a few days later, while Fedir spends his time at home with trying to find a way to get back to Danya somehow, until he suddenly sees the news about a mermaid being discovered in the local aquarium.
Alarmed, because he knows exactly that he only has a very short time to get Danya out of there somehow, before his boss turns him into the biggest attraction of the water park, he comes up with a plan and breaks into the location with the help of his old coworker Valentyn who didn't agree with him being fired in the first place.
Fedir's plan is to open the gates manually somehow but is faced with the reality that Danya isn't in the old tank anymore but in a special one, somewhere in the storage units, locked away from the eyes of the public. While Danya is cursing himself for being so stupid, Fedir makes his way to the tank and discovers that Danya has been chained up even to keep him from leaving, which presents a new problem for them because their boss carries the key. It comes to a confrontation between the 3, with Fedir being able to get his hands on the keys after his boss gets knocked out by Valya who tells him to get to the tank, free Danya and bring him to the original one with direct access to the ocean by using a pool mobile the crew uses to get around the huge area quickly- urging Fedir to put Danya into a water filled cooler.
Fedir returns and Danya's face light up, who was already struck with separation anxiety and depression when Fedir drops the keys inside, while he fills up the cooler, asking Danya to hop into his arms after it's full. Of course, Danya is way too big for the thing but they make it work somehow- their goal is almost in reach when their car is suddenly rammed by another one, because Fedir's old boss had managed to regain his consciousness and is now trying everything to keep Danya from leaving, even if it means to kill Fedir, who yells at Danya to make it to the water on his own while he's distracting his old boss.
Danya hesitates, because Fedir isn't doing well, with him still being injured through their time together and his old boss being a bit of a psycho who is ready to kill Fedir now, who is shouting even louder at Danya, begging him to stop thinking about him, who eventually turns around, trying to make his way towards the water when he hears Fedir yelp in pain again, who is now in immediate danger of actually being murdered in cold blood tonight- but before his boss can strike, Danya takes him by the throat, cutting it open with his sharp teeth, letting the man bleed out while he turns to Fedir now, who is injured but alive. Irritated and angrily, he tries to be mad at Danya for not listening to him, who cuts him off, by telling him that he wouldn't be able to live on without his true mate, since the merfolk isn't like seahorses in terms of reproduction but also in terms of lifelong mating, meaning that Fedir is now stuck with Danya for the rest of his life, who's now helping him to get to the water, so they both can disappear into the tank, with Valya opening the gate, who had been watching the whole thing through the surveillance cams.
Danya helps his injured mate to slip into the water, clinging onto him so he wouldn't drift off when the current begins to suck them in and they disappear into the dark depths together.
-Timeskip-
An unknown amount of time later, Fedir is doing some last repairs in a bathroom somewhere in a house on a tropical island when Danya slips inside his own special tank through a tube from the ocean. Both have found their own place together by buying a house with the money Fedir got from selling some of Danya's private collection of gems and glittery things because he's a bit of a magpie and it was enough for them to get a place to live and renovated it so Danya can live his life alongside his human boyfriend in peace, while Fedir finished his degree and is working as an offshore marine biologist for fun now.
FCK!!! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU USE THEM RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER, THEY NEED AT LEAST A FEW EMOJIS AS DISTANCE BETWEEN THEM OR YOU'LL RISK TO CONFUSE THEM 😭😭😭 THANK YOU!!! 😭😭😭
I said I would use this platform mostly for sharing my writing ideas so I'm going to start with it right away with the latest idea 😌
-Celestials-
In a world where “heavenly beings”, called the “Celestials” exist, Fedir Khodakov finds himself staring into the golden eyes of a young Celestial that came crashing down into the backyard of his workplace and who is now in desperate need of help due to his severe injuries from his fall. Little does he know that this encounter is going to change the fate for the both of them, intertwining their fates in a tragic and heart wrenching story about forbidden love between two realms, telling a tale of how love transcends the will of the universe sometimes.
In a world conflicted about the existence of so called "angels", Fedir finds himself staring into the golden eyes of a young angel that came crashing down in the backyard of his workplace one day and who is now in desperate need of help before he will suffocate thanks to his injuries. Since Fedir can't afford to bring the angel, whose name turns out to be Danyil, or "Danya" for short, to a hospital specifically designed for the care for celestial beings, he decides to bring the fallen one home, where he takes care of his injuries as much as he can, after reading about it online.
Danya, who is slightly traumatised by the fall, is trying to resist Fedir's help which only ends up with his injuries getting worse, with him still trying to escape until Fedir comes home one day and has to save him from almost dying again. Only after that, he realises that he can truly trust Fedir, who is more than just desperate to help the angel since this is the first time he's seen an actual celestial himself, the fallen one begins to trust him and allows him to take care of him (which he really really needs).
Over time, Danya opens up to Fedir and explains to him eventually that he is not a true fallen and only fell because his brother, attacked him out of jealousy since the twins had been stuck in a conflict since forever now that resulted in Valya almost losing his status as celestial even though it was Danya who broke the rules in secret, since celestials aren't allowed to admire humans and Valya wanted to knock some sense into him this time, because he doesn't want to see his little brother have his wings torn from his body.
Fedir wonders about the human Danya was risking his wings for, but the angel avoids the question, blushing away shyly, so Fedir drops it.
Some time passes by and at some point, they get closer, with Fedir helping Danya to groom his wings- both ending up in each others arms, after the human kept brushing against the angel's back, with Danya losing it at the sensitive touch- eventually, it is revealed that Fedir was the one Danya had set his eyes on, which is also the reason why he came crashing down near him.
Of course, their involvement with each other gets discovered eventually, but through a coincidence, Valya- who set out to find his brother in earth- finds him in the arms of a human and through another coincidence, the celestial guards who were following the supposed rouge angel, captures Valya, now accusing him of being the one who broke the rule.
Danya is heartbroken because he doesn't want his brother to lose his wings over his mistakes, so he sets after Valya, pleading to the celestial council to spare him since he isn't at fault here but him, who misunderstand him (on purpose?), now accusing Fedir of breaking the rules of the communication between the two realms who are only supposed to watch each other in silence, forcing Danya to make a decision; whether to lose his status as a celestial and his wings, or for them to be punished.
Of course, Danya immediately offers his own life for them, passing the test of the court which wanted to see if he was still a righteous one, making the decision that none of them should be punished, when suddenly, someone from the anti-celestial/human movement that have been hating on angel-human relationships since forever now, raises his weapon to kill Fedir for luring an angel into love with a human, encouraging him to break the law (since celestials are never at fault for this, obviously), when Danya jumps on front of him in the very last moment to protect Fedir.
Since the guard is using an angelic weapon, amplified by the court's magic, he has no chance of blocking it and succumbs to his wounds in Fedir's arms, right next to his brother, who is heartbroken about what happened.
Danya explains to Fedir that he doesn't mind dying because he found true love and also apologises to his brother for causing all of this before he passes, since the injuries are too severe to be treated right away.
Before Valya can get mad at the court for killing his brother, Fedir steps in, keeping him from making it worse before the human falls onto his knees, begging him if there's a chance for them to let him see Danya again, to bring him back somehow. The court denies because this would also break the rules but the judge, the high seraphim, has pity for the human is deeply touched by his love for the angelic kind, so they decide to not break the universal law but bend it a little, telling Fedir to "go back to earth, to keep his eyes open".
Confused and heartbroken, he returns to earth- accompanied by Valya who is supposed to take care of Fedir for a bit so he doesn't do anything stupid. Depressed and hopeless, he lives on his life, until, after a few days, he bumps into a blonde man with golden eyes and his face light up because Danya had been reincarnated as a human for him by the universe so they can still spend their lives together as one.
