10 day liquid/water fast accountability
starts : Aug 7th at 2pm (after meal)
ends : Aug 17th at 6am
im limiting myself to under 100 calories a day and im only going to be consuming soups, 0 calorie drinks (such as diet soda), and water. ill be eating two ~50 cal “meals” a day. my fast ends on the first day back to school.
my starting weight as i start this fast is 105 lbs / 47.6kg. my goal is to lose around 10+ lbs / 4.5+ kg.
DAY 1 . . . im starting my fast today after a small lunch, i will either be having soup for dinner or skipping it all together. my net intake so far is arnd 380 kcal.
