Purifier
I’d like to be a purifier.
If you’d let me, I’d swim in your waves.
Although sometimes the murk is dire
My light will reach your deepest caves
If I could, I’d walk on water,
With every step my touch would save.
I’ll pave the path
To your highest days
For you, I’ll be a Viewfinder.
I’d like to be a purifier.
The cloth that cleans
The air you breathe.
A healer for the lost denier,
I’d purify your darkest sin.
For you, I’d muffle out the din.
If I could, I’d be the Sun
And burn off all that harms your needs,
To grow new life, and spread the seeds
To plant all the ideas you’d like to see.
For you, I’d light your darkest days.
