The Fringe Effect.

Fringes were everywhere on the 2015 S/S runways. Like any trend ~ there is a right and a wrong way to exercise. Executed in the right way and you will save yourself from looking like Western Barbie. My suggestion would be stay away from vests, pants, and brown suede. Focus on accessories and jackets.
