Doctors have no idea what’s going on. Which Is a comfort. All I do is chug water and pee but I’m somehow dehydrated. No one seems to be worried about kidney or bladder function which seems stupid. I’ve done blood, swabs, rectal exams, X-rays so far…. All of them are coming up nothing. Cat is up next. I wish I had a different diagnostic team that gave more of a shit.

Started in 2012, Giving Comfort is a program of the McKesson Foundation focused on providing patients undergoing cancer treatment with the comfort items they need at a time when they need them most.

Sometimes little gifts let people know that you care but there are things you can do to help also. See if they need to be taken to chemo or the store or if you can clean for them for an hour. Don't take no for an answer, trust me they NEED the help they just don't know how to ask.
