Weekly Check In
Goals for the week: leave the house by 5:40. pack my gym bag the night before. log my food. drink to the 9am notch on my water bottle.
Monday No work - rest day (:
Tuesday Swim - 12:13. 400 yards. (2 laps w/ kickboard, 2 laps w/ pull buoy, 4 laps by myself)
Wednesday Run - 35:01. 2.62 miles
Thursday Swim - 9:26. 350 yards (having too much fun swimming with fins, forgot to count my laps)
Friday Bike - 23:31. 3.73 miles.
Did I meet my goal?
leaving by 5:40: 1/4 days - still getting out the door earlier than last week!
packing my bag the night before: 2/4 days - I was out late Weds & Thurs night. logging my food: 4/4 days - woo!
water: 4/4 days - woo!
Next week my new goal is to:
leave by 5:30
