Ambrose Griffin: Engineer and father of two. Richard’s first victim in a drive-by shooting.

Teresa Wallin: Three months pregnant. Shot three times with the same gun that was used in his drive-by shooting. Richard then raped her corpse, removed several of her organs, and shoved dog feces from her backyard down her throat.

The last of Richard’s victims were all in the same day, and house. He walked into Evelyn Miroth’s home, and shot her visiting friend, Danny Meredith, Evelyn, her 6 year old son, Jason, and her nephew, David Ferreira. He then engaged in necrophilia and cannibalism with Evelyn’s corpse. He grabbed David’s corpse and took it with him as he fled the scene in Danny’s car.

All victims were killed in one month.

Richard believes that an unlocked door means that he is welcome inside and that is how he chooses most of his victims.

By the age of 10, Richard showed signs of the Macdonald triad: enuresis (inability to control urination), pyromania (impulse control disorder involving fire), and zoosadism (pleasure from cruelty to animals).

During his adolescense, he became an alcoholic and a chronic drug user.

He believed his mother was trying to poison him so he left her home and rented an apartment with friends. This did not last long due to Richard’s constant intoxication and nudity. After his friends moved out, he began to torture, kill, and eat small animals. He would even blend the raw meat up with Coca-Cola and drink the concoction.

Richard was admitted into a mental institution after injecting rabbit’s blood into his veins. While a patient at the hospital, he was referred to as ‘Dracula’ because he was found drinking the blood of birds that he caught from his room’s window. He would also defecate on himself and smear his feces on the hospital walls. He underwent a series of treatments and was prescribed psychotropic drugs. Shortly after, he was deemed safe to society and was released under the care of his mother. His mother slowly weaned him off his medication and set him up with his own apartment.

For a majority of his murder,s Richard breaks into a house/apartment, kills the male figure and then tortures, rapes and kills the wife and children.

Richard never shows any remorse for his crimes.

He was influenced by his cousin, Miguel (“Mike”) Ramirez. Miguel was a decorated Green Beret combat veteran who often boated of his gruesome exploits during the Vietnam War and showed Richard Polaroid pictures of his victims. These included pictures of Mike raping Vietnamese women and some with Mike posing with the severed head of a woman he had abused.

Richard witnessed the murder of Mike’s wife, Jessie, when Mike shot her in the face with a .38 caliber revolver during a domestic argument.

Mike was later found not guilty of Jessie’s murder by reason of insanity (with his combat record being a mitigating factor).

After the incident with Mike and Jessie, Richard moved in with his older sister, Ruth, and her husband Roberto, who was a ‘Peeping Tom.’ Roberto would take Richard with him on his nocturnal missions.

During his adolescence, Richard aquired a job at a local Holiday Inn motel. There he began stealing from sleeping patrons. On of his first run ins with trouble was when he was found raping a bound female in her room. He was caught by her returning husband. They decided to not press charges, but Richard was quickly fired from the motel.

David wrote a letter to the NYPD captain of the time, Joseph Borrelli. It was left near the bodies of Alexander Esau and Valentina Suriani. The letter stated that David planned on continuing his shootings, and mocked the police's attempt at catching him. He referred to himself as a monster, but told the police that he was hurt by being called a woman hater.

Born with the name Richard David Falco

Some think that David blames a dark haired nurse for his father's death. This would make sense since Donna Lauria was a medical technician and her friend, Jody Valenti, who survived his shooting, was studying to be a nurse.

Although he only has 6 victims, David injured 11 other people who survived his attacks.

David was profiled as neurotic and suffering from paranoid schizophrenia and a victim of demonic possession.

Most of his women victims has long dark hair. Women were so afraid of being David's next victim that they would cut their hair short, color it, or buy a wig.

David writes in journals almost everyday. He has since he was 21. He claims to have set multiple arson throughout the NY area.

David has a hard time trying to date women or get their interest in general and it angers him, thus he singles out young attractive women as his victims.
