hello! i was reading your 'CALLING ALL LATINX RP RESOURCE CREATORS' post and I just wanted to clarify, bc of course i don't want to misstep on such an awesome idea, are you looking for people who make resources of latinx faceclaims or are you looking for resource creators who ARE latinx?

Hi Nonnie! 💖 It has been a minute since I’ve had anyone in my inbox, lol.

Just to clarify: our Discord server is open to everyone— latinx or not! The RP Helper/Resource Creator call is specifically an invite to folks who make (or have made in the past) Latinx/Brazilian/Spanish faceclaim resources, bilingual guides, masterlists, tutorials, etc. The SpanglishRPC Discord bot now supports reblogging Tumblr posts directly from the server, and since the main goal of the blog is to boost Latinx representation in the RPC, we’re looking for RP Helpers to help us build out that queue— while also getting some extra eyes on resources they may have already made.

I’m a huge talker, so let me show y’all a lil preview of what the bot does! I’d love to have RP Helpers test out the /reblog add command in the server (preferably with their own Tumblr resources, but technically they can reblog others’ too.)

Wow. Wow, wow, WOW! One year! Like Tori mentioned before, many groups nowadays don’t make it to this point and it is a real milestone. This group was created with Tori’s vision and we’ve all had an opportunity to take part with fleshing it out.

I didn’t come into MoC until after the Founder’s Day Ball but I have grown to know and love all the characters who were here before me and have come along the way since then!

Here is to another year, or eighty though I’ll probably be half robot or something by then in order to still be alive but shhhh. Feel free to share your favorite moments in the OOC or comment on this post. Lets make this a fun day to retell our stories because we really have done so much in here over the span of a year!

Flip off for productivity event!

Hello everyone! To motivate members and everyone that follows the kpopstudynet, we have a project starting next week! The project is based on the app Flipd which encourages you to spend time off your phone. You can choose how long to flip off for, and during that time your downloaded apps are temporarily disabled. We will create a group on the Flipd app which you can join by adding the code that will be posted every week on the kpopstudynet Instagram account as well as on the tumblr blog.

The user with the longest time Flipd off will be announced at the end of the week winning a shoutout and will have their name added to the termly list of winners. At the end of the term, a user will be randomly selected from the list to win a prize! It will be something personalized to the winner such as a drawn icon.

The project will commence starting next Monday, so pay attention to the kpopstudynet story on Instagram or the @kpopstudynet tumblr for any further announcements!
