Another new video! Run! Literally, run. They've got shovels and they're not afraid to use them. - Vi
We just got our Facebook page back up-and-running! Like it here, share it around, invite your friends to like it, it’d be appreciated so much! - Vi

Ashestoangels - Six Six Six
Another new video from our boys in Ashestoangels, check it out! -Vi
Look! New things! Crilly showed me this at Cheltenham. That was a good day. I miss Cheltenham... -Vi
Vi here. Late-night blogging for the win! A write-up of our adventures to Birmingham is in the works, I’ll probably post it tomorrow or Friday as I’m gonna be busy busy busy the next few days. When I say busy, I mean William Control in Bristol and back-to-school shopping. (Yuck, school!) Anyway, my music’s playing, and this came onto shuffle. I will always remember this as the song that made me fall in love with Ashestoangels, and I think it’s safe to say this song is one that means a lot to both me and Becky. I should probably sleep before I get all soppy and emotional, even worse than I was on the car ride home last night…
*punk rock crying*
Aren't we just adorable?

Heavy Words & Hollow Bones
With heavy words and hollow bones, I left all of this behind (I left it all behind) Yet still these headstones bring me home, I believe that I am falling, I am falling (???screaming???)
I still *fuel* the lies, I still crave your suicide Tonight might be the time that we die
So six-foot sure you are alone, in the dark you made your home (You made your home) He’s waiting for me One more night, one last time, *one last shot at your* final line (??????) That’s why he’s waiting for me
(???????)
I still *fuel* the lies, I still crave your suicide Tonight might be the time that we die (X2)
This is a test of the emergency broadcast system We burned too bright, too young, and now there’s nothing left (To light my way home!)
(???lots of screams like 3 lines???what’s he saying???)
I still *fuel* the lies, I still crave your suicide Tonight might be the time that we die
I fuel the lies crave your suicide, this is the last time we’ll ever die I fuel the lies crave your suicide tonight, we all die
William Control
It's been a lovely couple of days. I've been to London and Plymouth to see the gorgeous William Control, the amazing Ashestoangels, and the wonderful Bad Pollyanna. Also LostAlone, Embers of Eden, and 5/5.8. They were very good too. Now normally London is the peak of gigging life, but Plymouth was absolutely fantastic! It was truly brilliant.
Define Me is definitely my favourite Bad Pollyanna song, it's just, I don't even know how to explain it. It's just so real.
Ashestoangels were great, I haven't seen them in ages and I forgot how much fun it was at their gigs and how happy they made me. There were a few new songs in the set list (666, Heavy Words And Hollow Bones - look out for a new video!, and Reason To Stay), which were the best! They just keep getting better.
And William Control was fucking fantastic. He has such a great stage presence and complete control over the crowd.
Shout out to the guy who said "You've made an old man very happy!" to wiL, even though he was about 40.

I'm back with my offer of transport. The dates are getting closer, and I'm increasingly excited. I can't be bothered to look at my calendar right now but here are the dates where I have seats to spare. It'll probably be £10 pp there and back, depending on numbers. I live in Bristol, but if you live somewhere between Bristol and where ever, we can work something out. If you're relying on me, don't buy your tickets unless I've told you for definite I can do it. Work is a slight issue here.
14th - Southampton (3 seats available atm)
17th - Plymouth
26th - Birmingham (3 seats available)
I've driven to all 3 places before and it's been fine. I'm a good driver and everything I promise. This will continue to circulate until I confirm work shifts or until the car is full. I pick/drop you off where you like but I'll need the address in advance.
Also if you'd like to go to another date (i.e. Manchester, Liverpool, etc), I'd be happy to do that but I'd need at least 2 people in the car and it would be £15 pp. I cannot do Swansea unfortunately, nor France, Ireland, or Scotland.
Please RT, thank you!
Also, anyone want to go to Paris... :P
It's been a while...
It's feels like forever since I've been to a gig...but much to look forward to!
Obsidian Bond's being released soon along with the website up-and-running. I'm very excited for it, I hope this means a tour as well!
Ashestoangels have their new album on the simmer which I hope is going to come out sometime this summer and then they're touring with William Control - which I am ecstatic about!
Also I quite looking forward to Guardians of the Galaxy because who doesn't want to watch a movie with a green assassin and a raccoon?
It’s me, Vi. This isn’t to do with a gig, but something from the top of my own little head.
As I type this, Chaos On A Crimescene’s Broken Minds EP is playing, the piano version of Razorblade Heart to be specific. It’s making me remember seeing Chaos On A Crimescene live, whether it was with...
Chaos On A Crimescene.
It's me, Vi. This isn't to do with a gig, but something from the top of my own little head. As I type this, Chaos On A Crimescene's Broken Minds EP is playing, the piano version of Razorblade Heart to be specific. It's making me remember seeing Chaos On A Crimescene live, whether it was with Becky when we first met, or the whole 'Chaos Crew' (Me, Becky, Laura and Sophie). Its making me sad, not particularly because of the songs, but the memories attached to them. I miss Chaos On A Crimescene a lot, and it doesn't look likely that they'll be playing any gigs any time soon. As selfish as it sounds, I wish that wasn't the case. (I mean, come on Vi, they have their own lives y'know. Their lives don't revolve around the band...) I miss the gigs most of all. It didn't matter if there were 10 or 100 people in the crowd, they always tried to put on the best show that they could. At the Torquay gig I could count on my hands the members of the crowd. But it didn't matter. It was one of the best gigs I've ever been to, somewhere where I knew I'd be okay because I was with my friends. Okay, I was away from home, but I trusted Becky, Laura, Sophie, Jordan, Kaf, Siôn and Hugh that nothing would happen to me, being as young as I was at the time. I remember the last COAC gig there was. 19th December 2013. 6 days before Christmas, and it was the best present I could ever ask for. I was sad enough that night, because of the lack of someone in the band. But I tried not to let it bother me. All night I was looking forward to hearing the songs I was so familiar with. Then. Then Jordan played a song he had written for his mum called Memories. Not even a minute into the song and me and Becky both were in tears. Not the hard-to-see, little water droplets I sometimes let slip. I'm talking a waterfall, a fucking Niagara Falls of tears. There's a video of the song on YouTube that our own Laura uploaded, you can listen to it HERE. As for Chaos On A Crimescene, they haven't announced that they're breaking up, or that anyone else is leaving, but there's no news of an album, even a new song or a gig. It hurts to miss someone or something that you can't even see any more. I guess the memories are all that's left now.
