Wu review eps 1-4
u know i hadn't really felt it while watching. don't get me wrong, the early episodes were amazing, But I still feel like something's missing, I just can't figure out what, and then episode 4 happened.
they finally sat down, shared their stories, shared the weight they've been carrying around for so long, and suddenly it hit me.
the chemistry between niran and pete was just... god. ARRRGHHHH.
and i genuinely need to applaud the scriptwriter because the writing was beautiful.
the way they talked about emotions you've been holding onto for too long, how they don't disappear, they just stay there and slowly ruin you from the inside. the way they compared it to the wind how it keeps blowing, how a new wind will always come, and eventually leave again.
that maybe you can't control what you're feeling. maybe the storm inside your chest is too loud. maybe you're angry, grieving, terrified, exhausted. and that's human.
but it won't stay forever.
the emotion that's drowning you right now will pass. another one will come. and that one will leave too.
the wind never stops moving.
and neither do we.
every storm feels endless while you're standing in it, but one day you'll look up and realize the sky has already cleared.
idk man. something about that completely wrecked me.
