At the end of 2018 I was talking to my wife about how I wanted to use my TV and video production background to help others. During my meditation practice, fitness and wellness came up several times so I set an intention to start creating wellness content. At the end of December I got a call to work for a startup company that needed people to help them create fitness and wellness content for their app. I believe in the law of attraction and believe that you can manifest the life that you want. You have to be clear with your intention, figure out what you really want. You also have to believe that you deserve it, then you have to step back and let the universe do the work.
