Fallen Angel

Basically Angel and Alastor are both pinning idiots and each one have their moments. You will have a romance story with a other things (basically the secrets heaven hoards about redemption ) Is a slow burn and you have guaranteed a lot of fun. We have all of it written, we just edit and update pretty often! Update this friday, in fact.

Also: Heaven vs Hell shenanigans. Alastor is not the smooth fucker most people like to write about, he is a dumb deer. Angel has troubles, but doesent needs to be saved. Alastor kinds of needs to be saved most of time. Lots of other characters have a moment to shine and enrich the story. Playlists for atmosphere (you can even play them in ao3 without leave the fic) and art of the best scenes at the end of the chapters.

Where do people get the idea that Angel Dust is trans?

I guess because he crossdresses and wears wigs. If that's their judgement, then I guess every single contestant on RuPaul is trans, including RuPaul himself. Sorry, I mean, herself 🙄🙄

It's so fucking dumb because that's kinda offensive. As if just wanting to dress in the opposite genders clothing somehow makes you trans, when you just probably like it better. I bet if Angel was woman dressing in guy's clothes, no one would think twice.

Heck, there was a person on the tweet that Jamie Lee Curtis made telling her how "transphobic" the show was. When I asked how...they basically said I was cis (even though I'm not) and didn't deserve an explanation...even though there were trans people in that thread wondering how they even thought that, as well.

Frankly, I think it's rather lame how people immediately attack characters like Vaggie and Angel Dust as if they're the most obvious "problems". Be honest, you didn't know that Vaggie was Latina until she started speaking Spanish, ya dumbass. And so what if she gets angry....at times where it makes sense like someone calling her girlfriend a "stupid bitch" and when a well-known dangerous man waltzes into the hotel. Like...how dare she care!! As for Angel Dust, people do act stereotypically gay. This does not take away them being lgbt+. It bothers you? Please get fucked by a cactus. I dont give a shit. There's nothing wrong with the way he acts and his gayness is not even played for laughs or even the butt-end of jokes. Heck, the reactions are the actual punchline, not so much the words.

Also, Vivzie has quite a few lgbt+ people working for her. Some being trans, ace, gay, and, hell, her being bi! Idk how any of you think this stupidly!

Honestly its because a lot of people want uwu LGBT characters that never get angry and the most problematic thing they do is just maybe hold hands with someone but thats it.

They don't want LGBT characters who are flaws but good people. They don't want LGBT characters who have problems and issues... to engage in bad behavior and vices, etc. they just want uwu baby LGBT

To go back to another point on this post, I don’t think Trans Angel is objectively a bad or hurtful headcannon to have. I understand if it just “Oh he wears wigs and femenine clothing he must be trans hurr durr” then yeah, that’s not... great.

But if you take a long, insightful look into the character and decide to headcannon him as trans because it resonated with you and you find comfort in that, or because you feel it adds depth and detail to the struggles of an already deep and detailed character, then that’s not a bad thing. I think you should be able to do just that, while still being mindful of the source material, which to the best of my knowledge hasn’t really been confirmed either way

Personally I write/draw Angel as a transman because i'm trans and its comforting to see someone clearly effeminate still being considered a man. Like this guy can rock some makeup and heels and a skirt and still be a man, tits and all, so can I. Boys can be pretty and still be boys regardless of biology. Its projecting I know but for me it's that simple.

Angel Dust gives me such big transman vibes that I straight up refuse to write him any other way. Feminine trans men get 0 rep (other than...UwU softboy infantilization....) And I have to have SOMEONE to project onto!!!
