As promised, my Co-Dominance flower Blellow fan children, yes I made two, yes it was because I'm indecisive.

Here's their normal looks.

And here's their alt looks (For Speckle its used only during battle and performances, meanwhile Splat just doesn't take the helmet off often)

I made it that Speckles Skirt isn't a ful tutu because they haven't fully bloomed yet, and Splats yellow spots were based on cow spots.

Speckles outfit is based more on typical teen clothing, as they aren't a ballerina, but do love performing, so I stuck them in practice clothing.

Splat on the other hand was based on high vis and construction gear, because she has to be easily spotted for her Parents sanity and other safety.

As for colors, I color picked from the sprites so I could make sure to stick to the limited amount of colors, and made it so the colors closest to the center were the skin, while the colors at the edges were for the clothes.
