For Coconut layer Coconut Cream 2 cup Sugar ¼ cup Agar Agar powder Warn water to 3 or 4 tsp to dissolve 1. Take a sauce pan. Heat coconut Cream, add sugar and stir well in medium flame till the sugar dissolves. 2. Dissolves agar agar by warm water. 3. Switch off add agar agar into coconut cream mix properly. 4. Make the mixture rest till room temperature. 5. Now pour it in mould 70% and put it in freezer. 6. Next same process take a sauce pan. Heat mango puree, add lemon juice and sugar stir well in medium flame till the sugar dissolves. 7. Dissolves agar agar by warm water. 8. Switch off add agar agar into mango puree make it cool 9. After 30 min take out the mould which is 70 % filled with coconut cream mix, check is that mixer set, if it set add mango mixture and keep it in freezer again. 10.Remove after 30 or 40 min till it properly set. 11.Demould it serve with fresh mango and coconut slices (at Adamo The Bellus)
