i hate to jinx it or anything but I had a two year run of really awful luck and I think it's over. May 2024-May 2026 personal flop era ended. we take some lessons in resilience and vulnerability and limits and leave the pain behind.

the storm has faded and I am ascendant. my mind is clear and my body is strong.

the first thing I did in June was turn 30 and I really really really resonate then and now with the sense that 30 is a new era and a new beginning for me. so far it's been excellent.

alternating between feeling overwhelmed by the magnitude of the project (buy house) before me and then thinking okay let's take. A step towards it. And then feeling......well.......Still whelmed

today I reached out to a mortgage broker and a realtor. I have a call scheduled with the mortgaroker tomorrow morning and I assume the realtor will get back to me soonly as well

I talked with my bank a few months ago about all this and have a contact with them that I could reach out to....as well. I've talked with two homeowning friends about what they did and will chat up a third tomorrow.
