Niki Nihachu Summer 2026

Guess who is back once again!

Twelve weeks, five prompts each (except the last). You can write/draw/create any form of Niki content you want! You can add in as many characters as you want or need, no real restrictions on who they are. You can do as many or as few prompts as you want!

It starts in June and ends in August (the weeks aren't strictly defined, you can really just do whatever).

Niki: When we first started, Technoblade had us all read different myths to get ideas for our code names but I think he just wanted to have people to talk to about the stories he likes.

Here are some SBI+ hair headcanons.

Philza had fairly bright blonde hair when he was younger, it got slightly darker as he became older. Hair texture is on the finer side. Philza dyed his hair black during his emo phase when he was in his late teens/early twenties.

Tommy’s hair looks basically the same as Philza’s was when he was Tommy’s age (except not emo), but Tommy has fluffier hair. They aren’t blood related it’s just a coincidence. Tommy has a bunch of little tiny braids scattered throughout his hair.

Kristin has long black hair that is naturally very thick and big. She also has an undercut but it isn’t very noticeable unless she has her hair tied up which isn’t too often, Kristin normally likes to wear her hair down.

Wilbur has dark brown curls that he straightens and then re-curls. The ending result looks basically the same as before and almost nobody can tell the difference except him. He also likes his hair care products. Many hair products.

Techno is naturally a redhead! Why? No particular reason I just think it looks neat. He likes to dye it pink. It’s straight and on the longer side. His hair is normally tied up instead of loose so that it doesn’t get in his way, it’s usually in a braid or ponytail.

Niki’s hair color changes pretty often, it’s usually a shade of pink like fuchsia, pastel pink, bright pink, bubble gum pink; or just brown. She naturally has dirty blonde hair that she cuts bob length or shoulder length. Niki likes to tie half of her hair up into two mini buns and wears a bunch of different hair clips usually shaped like various flowers depending on her mood.

I was reminded recently that Niki didn't just wear Wilbur's jacket after he died...

That it's mentioned a few times that Niki and him basically shared jackets during the entirety of the time Niki was in Pogtopia...

And it got me thinking...

What if his jackets weren't the only part of his wardrobe that Wilbur shared?

Niki joined Pogtopia after weeks of being taxed to poverty by Schlatt, she ran there with nothing but the clothes on her back. What if Niki's Pogtopia outfit were clothes from Wilbur that either were small enough to fit Niki or that he just gave to her and allowed her to take in so they would fit her?

Just imagine Niki, after running and joining Pogtopia, knowing her festival outfit wasn't the best choice to fight in but it was the only clothes she had... and then Wilbur gives her some of his. Imagine Niki spending her first night in Pogtopia adjusting his clothes to fit her. Maybe Tommy learned how to sew because he helped her adjust Wilbur's clothes.

Maybe Niki and Wilbur make a habit of stealing clothes - how many of the sweaters Niki wears are actually hers and not ones she stole from Wilbur? How many jackets?

Absolutely annoys me sometimes that when I see fics featuring "the syndicate" I can't trust that Niki will be in it...

Worse, whenever I see people listing the Syndicate members, more often than not the order is: Techno, Phil, Ranboo and Niki...

Niki was the first pick for a Syndicate member.

When Techno and Phil founded the Syndicate, Techno went out of his way to specifically invite Niki first.

And they didn't recruit anyone else until after she accepted, even though it took a lot of time for her to accept.

I'm not saying that Ranboo or Connor wouldn't be Syndicate members if Niki never accepted (though exploring that concept as an AU could be cool) but she was the first pick! She was the first choice! She was the third member of the Syndicate.

So why is she often treated like the expendable member of the Syndicate?
