yeah arya is his favorite sister and they have a close strong bond but just because sansa was distant doesn’t mean they don’t care for each other, when we’re literally shown otherwise.
as for sansa, in book canon the only thing she does is refer to him as her half brother rather than her brother:
Sansa sighed as she stitched. "Poor Jon," she said. "He gets jealous because he's a bastard." “He's our brother," Arya said, much too loudly. Her voice cut through the afternoon quiet of the tower room. […] "Our half brother," Sansa corrected, soft and precise. -AGOT, Arya I
(which is true as we later see from jon’s perspective):
"And did you see where I was seated, Mance?" He leaned forward. "Did you see where they put the bastard?" -ASOS, Jon I
and as a bastard but as far as we know not to him directly:

His two young recruits smelled even worse, and seemed as stupid as they were cruel. No doubt the boy had made the mistake of thinking that the Night's Watch was made up of men like his uncle. so yes. even the most distant starklings have plenty of love for each other. and it’s honestly a disservice to Jon’s character when his love for (and willingness to sacrifice for) his family is so fundamental to who he is.
