This year, I started taking English classes, and my teacher has never missed a class. this is one thing I love about loa, and shifting. Use your imagination!! SATS is so underrated, a lot of the circumstances I have manifested (good and bad), have been because of SATS. Get yourself super comfy, and tired, pick a scenario that best represents your end goal (you and sp together, money in ur bank, etc), and repeat that short visual in your mind until you fall asleep. Feel and imagine how it would feel to be in that scenario. Imagination is one of the main reasons we are able to manifest.

“But what if I can’t visualise?”

Me too! Just use your senses and imagine what you may feel if you were in that scenario. You don’t need to visualise to imagine, just allow yourself to be completely present in your imagination and give yourself that experience of your manifestation in your mind. If you’re manifesting love, imagine how you feel once you have seen and felt that love.
