Mistakes I've made as a beginner you all should avoid
I thought about doing a reflection on my loa journey, so I'm sharing it with you all!
Immediately contradicting myself the moment I don't "see" my desires - I'd affirm a couple of times or even for 10 minutes but then be like "Why isn't it here???"
Be in waiting mode - Even if I affirmed that I had something right now, I'd still have the belief deep down that it'd take time for me to "see" it
Relying on external validation - We've all been there. I'd think like I had my desires in the moment but would start to internally freak out over not "seeing" them with my own eyes
Searching for new methods/a "secret key" - I would use a method for like 2 weeks or something, give up because I assumed it wasn't working, then look for something new as if I didn't have all the power!
Think that the more I affirm, the faster my desires will come - I was one of those people who thought more effort = better results. Obviously, that's not true since it's simply your dominant thoughts that manifest, not the methods, so I sometimes needlessly exhausted myself
Restarting over and over - I previously made a post about this you can find in my second masterlist. I'd tell myself "This is the last time", only to do it again a few months later
Affirming to "get" instead of to "remind" - I'd affirm while thinking "If I do this, I'll get that" instead of accepting that I already had it the moment I said I did!
Comparing myself to other people - Honestly, this might be the worst thing I've done. I'd read success stories of people who got their dream lives in less than a month or even overnight and feel insecure, thinking that I was doing something wrong because I didn't "see" mine.
REMEMBER: None of you are "broken"! We all can manifest! Just don't give your power to things/people outside of you and don't sabotage yourself!
It really makes me sad whenever I see some comments from people saying that they've been trying for months, weeks, or even years and they're giving up. Claiming that manifestation doesn't work. That they're done trying.
Manifestation is ALWAYS working. ALWAYS. Wether we're consciously aware of it or not, it's always working. Just like how the Earth is always turning and moving around the sun.
I get the frustration, though. You use a technique. Maybe you see movement. Maybe you don't. How it was for me was I'd start using a method, I'd see reflections of it in the 3D, and that was it. Never the full results. Just crumbs. For others, they don't see anything at all.
I honestly don't know what else to say when it comes to this stuff. Other than this, if you haven't gotten what you wanted, it's because you aren't the version of yourself who already has it. In your mind.
You can be doing several techniques throughout the day, but if you keep returning to the mental state of not having it by asking questions. "Is it working?"
"Am I doing it right?"
"Why isn't it here yet?"
"How long is this gonna take?"
"How long have I been doing this?"
"Is this even possible?"
"Where is it?"
"How will it show up?"
Or constantly asking other people the same questions like "how long did it take to manifest?"
"What technique did you use?"
"What were your specific affirmations?"
Or complaining about your circumstances, about your manifestations (negatively).
I get it. Especially when you're first learning about LOA and don't know much yet. It's fine. Having those thoughts come up isn't wrong or bad. It's how our brains work. It asks questions about new things. And if you're used to complaining about things, like I was, it's normal to do that at first.
The only... "problem?" I guess. Is that people linger in those thoughts. They keep thinking them over and over again instead of bringing themselves mentally back to the state of already having what they want. People also try to make "backup plans" for their manifestations. "Incase it doesn't workout." I fell into this trap, too. Not gonna lie.
People don't realize it, but they aren't FULLY stepping into the new state and STAYING there long enough for their manifestations to show up. They constantly go in and out throughout the day. That's why you get hot and cold results in the 3D or nothing at all.
How I like to see manifesting what you want is like looking at your life through the eyes and identity of who you want to be. The version of you who has the dream body, the dream job, dream lifestyle, SP, etc. You have a different perspective. That's what the methods are training your mind to do. Training your mind to look at life from a different perspective.
Think about it for a sec.
Someone who's rich looks at a skincare product that's about $35. Would they worry about the price? No.
Someone who's broke looks at the same product, the thing might as well be $35,000.
Or someone who believes that they're very attractive notices someone looking at them. They would think that the person looking at them thinks that they're attractive.
For someone who thinks that they're unattractive, would think the opposite. That the person looking at them thinks that they're ugly.
When it comes to manifesting what you want, you gotta look at life from a new perspective. It's hard at first, yes. In the beginning when I first started last year, damn. It wasn't easy. But it got easier and easier as I kept using the methods I like to use (High Frequency Guru's rampage videos, robotic affirming, occasional scripting) and consciously bringing myself back to the mental state of already having what I want when I'mnot using the techniques. Now things are moving consistently even when I'm not thinking so much about my manifestations. In fact, most of them feel very normal to me now.
This steady and mundane feeling didn't come in and settle until I made the effort to break the old habit of thinking from the old perspective.
You're changing your perspective. That's all you're doing!
I understand that things can be very difficult and VERY frustrating. I've been there, too. If you want to cry. Cry. Let it all out. I did. I cried and wailed when things got too much and too frustrating for me. But don't give up. Go back to where you want to be. It's right there waiting for you.
If you can, find ways to ease yourself when things get overwhelming or stressful. It could be deep breathing exercises, yoga, going for a walk, watching a comforting show or movie, reading your favorite book, listening to your favorite music, whatever it is. Do it! You don't need to suffer to manifest your desires. (That's a belief I had to dissolve myself from childhood. That if you're not suffering or struggling, it's wrong or what you're doing isn't good enough. And you have to suffer in order to reach success đ).
But please, DON'T. GIVE. UP.
Change your perspective on your life. Break the old mental habits and patterns by persisting/thinking as if it's already yours. Affirm again and again until your mind agrees. Even if it takes 5 minutes, do it!
Just don't go back to the old perspective. If your mind drifts a bit, don't freak out or give up. Bring it back to the new perspective. Keep bringing it back over and over again
Eventually, your mind will adapt and do it automatically. Your mind can change very quickly, by the way. Sometimes you just have more resistance to break through. And that's okay. Resistance also doesn't take long to dissolve. A day, maybe two. Or even a few minutes. It goes away when you PERSIST.
Please don't give up. Don't let your mind and emotions control you. They're only old habits from the old version of you.
I'm right there with y'all, too. I'm manifesting a completely new life. Do I always believe what I'm affirming or listening to? No. Do I get a little annoyed by the 3D showing the opposite? Of course I do! I try hard NOT to cuss about it! But I persist anyway. I do it ANYWAY.
If I can do it and thousands of other people can do it, so can YOU.

i recognize that everything comes from me, my identity, and my awareness. everything is awareness. everything is me being aware of it. it is all me.
shifting = shifting awareness/identity into being in ur dr
void state = shifting ur awareness into just awareness without "identity" aka just being
manifesting = shifting awareness/identity into having/being ur desire
therefore, simply changing ur perception/awareness = becoming/having what you want
shifting awareness to a new identity = manifesting/shifting/void
dominant identity = the identity that you are consistently identifying as to the point where the past doesn't matter.
awareness of world = you are world
MEANING awareness of self = you create self
how to shift awareness :
feelings, thoughts, senses? they don't matter. what matters is that you go from acknowledging A (undesired situation BAD) to only acknowledging B (desired situation GOOOOOD).
to explain in monkey terms
"me no like bad thing. me ignore bad thing in mind/awareness. me only acknowledge and aware of good thing. me have good thing when i am aware of good thing. me have good thing now. bad thing? eh, i have good thing."

it looks like it's going to rain. you may feel the drizzle, but you stay firm in knowing that *it's not going to actually rain.* and so it doesn't, until you falter-- but i feel the drizzle? isn't it going to?
that is you becoming aware of it raining. that is the ego accepting that it will be raining.
let's change it up : instead, you don't falter. you focus on how you don't feel the drizzle, how the air feels clear rather than humid. soon enough, because you are aware and starting to identify with this, it becomes true as it becomes part of your identity.

CHANGING PHYSICAL APPEARANCE IS SO EASYđżđđ¨
Changing your appearance is actually one of the simplest things you can doâonce you fully understand who you are. You are not a powerless person stuck in a body you didnât choose. You are not at the mercy of genetics, childhood photos, or what anyone else says about your face or body. You are the creator of your entire experience, including the way your physical form shows up. That means your skin, your features, your body shape, your tone, your hair, your symmetry, your glow, and everything elseâthey are all listening to YOU. They are not controlled by the mirror, the past, or your DNA. They are controlled by the image you accept as real, by the commands you give through thought, identity, and assumption. Every part of your appearance is simply a result of what you've been mentally agreeing with over time.
You are not someone on the outside, trying to fix a body or a face like itâs separate from you. You are not a beggar hoping the mirror will one day give you what you want. You are the boss. The owner. The commander. Your body is yoursâit belongs to you, and it works for you. It is a living, breathing mirror of your inner state. Your cells are not fixed. They are not stubborn. They are always responding to the dominant instructions you send themâwhether youâre aware of it or not. Every second of the day, your cells are regenerating, reshaping, and renewing themselves based on the energy and identity you hold inside. If you keep saying âthis is my faceâ with certainty, your body takes that command seriously and keeps rebuilding it accordingly. So when you change what you claim as yoursâwhen you change the identity, the inner image, the feeling of âthis is meââthen your entire appearance starts to shift to match that. The subconscious mind is your blueprint center. It holds the âdesign fileâ for your body and appearance. And when you upload a new design through assumption, identity, and repetition, your subconscious updates that file, and your body starts expressing the new version without question.
Think about this clearly: your appearance already changes all the time. Your face looks different when youâre tired, when youâre happy, when youâre in love, when youâre confident. Your skin reacts to emotions. Your posture changes based on how you feel. Your weight fluctuates, your glow comes and goes, your features soften or tighten based on your inner state. You didnât force those changesâthey happened automatically. Thatâs because your body is always responding to whatâs happening inside you. So if you can change without trying just from emotions and environment, then imagine how quickly you can shift when you take conscious control of your self-image. When you deliberately choose how you look and feel and carry yourself, your body immediately starts following that new script. Itâs not slow. Itâs not stubborn. Itâs just obedient. Itâs like a loyal assistant carrying out your commands in real time.
But hereâs what most people do wrong: they keep looking to the mirror to confirm the change. And thatâs where the cycle breaks. The mirror is not your source. Itâs your reflection. It shows you who youâve been beingânot who you are becoming. Itâs always a little behind. Itâs always reflecting the old command. So when you try to see the new version too early and feel disappointed, you end up repeating the old energyâand your body stays the same. You must stop waiting for proof and become the proof. You must walk, talk, and feel like the version of you who already has the face, the glow, the beauty, the exact shape you desire. That version of you exists the moment you claim it, and your body starts catching up to it the moment you stop doubting. You donât need to ask âhowâ anymore. The how is built into the system. Your subconscious takes care of the physical changes. Your job is to set the design, live from it, and stop arguing with it.
There is no outside rule stronger than the one you hold inside. Genetics, history, society, beauty standardsânone of it has more power than your own focus and self-image. You are not bound to the old version. Youâre not trapped in a face or form that doesnât feel like you. Your body is not concreteâitâs clay. Itâs soft, flexible, shapeable, and it follows the hands of your imagination. When you shift the way you see yourself, everything about your appearance starts to align. Your face becomes more defined. Your skin starts glowing. Your eyes lift, your jaw shapes, your waist curves, your features sharpen or soften depending on the image you are focused on. Itâs not about faking or pretending. Itâs about deciding âdeciding what is true for you and sticking to it with such deep certainty that your body has no choice but to match it.
So from now on, speak to your body like itâs yours âbecause it is. Tell it how to look. Tell it how to feel. Tell your skin to be smooth, your eyes to be brighter, your face to be symmetrical, your muscles to align, your posture to lift. Your body is not dumb. It understands the language of focus. The more you affirm something as real, the more your body listens. You are not waiting for resultsâyou are living as the result now. You are the version of you that already looks exactly how you want. That version is not far away. Itâs not something youâre chasing. Itâs a choice you make. And once you fully choose it and stay loyal to it, your reality and reflection start to bend in your favor.
This isnât about wishing, hoping, or struggling. This is about taking your rightful place as the author of your appearance. You are the artist, and your body is the canvas. You are the scriptwriter, and your reflection is just the screen. Stop letting the old design run on repeat. Stop doubting what you know deep down. The change you want is not a dreamâitâs already alive in your subconscious, waiting for you to stop switching back and forth. So now is the time. Choose your new appearance. Claim it. Feel it. Speak it. See it. Live it. Let it be your normal. And then watchâwatch how fast your physical form shifts, not because itâs magic, but because thatâs how itâs always worked.
You are not becoming beautiful. You are not becoming your dream look. You are it now. The moment you say âthis is me,â your body listens. And it doesnât argueâit obeys.
Hello my sugarplums. Today I will be talking about 1) my manifestation successes 2) how i did it 3) new revelations & concepts to see manifesting through
I manifested:
- a new phone (the exact one I wanted)
- holiday
- all A's in my classes (this one was insane, I had doubts it wouldn't happen lmao)
- parents being less strict
- people treating me with respect
- getting money
- being more personable/social
- people liking me more
- crushes msging me
- feeling safe/ feeling calm
- passing my driving test easily and quickly
- actual confidence and feeling good in my skin
What I did:
- Told myself it was easy
- Realized I am the only one thinking in my head -> Meaning: nobody can dictate or sway my reality unless I let them
- I SPOKE IT INTO EXISTENCE! Robotically affirming any chance I got.
- Remember thoughts = affirmations (dont overcomplicate it)
- Kept affirming in my head no matter what. Great for when you want to self regulate emotions. When I'm mad or angry or upset or anything, instead of focusing on that, I move all of my attention to just saying it over and over again (like a stim). Eventually, the emotion passes, but your awareness has shifted.
Extraaaa Methods:
- Used music to imagine scenarios I wanted (SO GOOD FOR SELF CONCEPT) (For me imagining is better for self concept.)- you DO NOT NEED TO IMPRESS ANYONE, EXCEPT FOR YOU!! if you impress you, the 3d will automatically follow.
- I am not a fan of saying things to someone's face or like saying it in the 3d (when it hasnt manifested yet), because for me personally it feels inauthentic. Even though Erik said to do this, I realized this specific part was not for me, as it makes me confused. Soooo, I began to realize it is literally just me and my mind, and I dont have to force the 3d by what I say, or what I do, but only through my mind (only through my thoughts). Especially with religious parents, I didn't want to try to say things I don't ever need to say.
New revelations & Concepts
- I read this book called the Universe has a Bad Memory So interesting, it really shifted my perspective, and made me understand memory, perspective, perception, suffering etc. through a very neutral, scientific lens. (Let me know if you want a longer, separate post on this...)
- I was out with my friend at the mall, and she was noticing things which I never would have looked at or cared about. It really struck me, we were in the same place, at the same time but we had different focuses/ beliefs/ perceptions. Meaning, that you are not anyone else, you have your own mind, your own body, your own perception, you are the one in charge.
- I wanted someone to say something specific, and I affirmed for them to say it then, but they didn't so I automatically just forgot. Legit, five hours later, they said it, and even better than I thought they would. Timing does not really matter.
I have so much more I want to share with you guys. I have some alchemy tips too, and like slightly weird tricks with manifestation. Lmk what you guys want, that will be my next post.

- reality materializes who you are being. who you are being now is why your reality and circumstances look this way. â°âď¸
In simpler terms, your identity manifests. you are either the version of you who has it, or the version of you who doesnât have it. there is no in between.
NOTE: you can say a billion, trillion, affirmations, you can say alll the right things. but if you do not stick to the correct identity, you will not get or keep your desire. if your going to affirm, affirm from the version of you that already has it NOT the version trying to get it. (because that means you don't have it)
How to BE the version who already has it.
your identity is made from four pillars.
your manifestation, reality, and experiences is ALL supported BY these 4 pillars. if ANY one of these pillars FAIL to be in alignment with already having your desire, your manifestation will collapse and crumble because your identity is unstable.
these 4 pillars are (with examples):
1. Self concept. How you see yourself as a whole person.
- do you see yourself as smart? chosen? abundant? awkward??
Self concept example: Jane is manifesting good grades. Jane works on her self concept by claiming like so; im so smart. im a straight A student. im the top of my class. im incomparable. im top rank.
2. Concept of self. How you see yourself in the area youâre manifesting.
- are you the one who is always chased? the one who always has more than enough money? always desired?
Concept of self example: Jamal is manifesting weight loss. Jamal is identifying himself like so; Im always the perfect weight. weight loss is easy for me. I never struggled with weight loss.
3. I am / i have. who you are and what you posess.
- Are you dating sp? are you down 150 pounds? do you have many friends?
i am/i have example: Jillian is Manifesting money. she is being the version of her that already has $5,000 dollars. Jillian speaks and thinks like this; âI am rich. I have so much money. Im always getting money. I have $5,000.
4. perception. How you interpret everything you see. this is the one you really must pay attention to.
thinking from the version of you who already has it, what would you do if reality showed something unfavorable? you wouldnât spiral and say it didnât work, you would assign it a favorable meaning. REACT AND MOVE like the version who already has your desire.
perception example: Jack is manifesting an SP. Jack sees his Sp talking to someone else. the OLD jack would spiral and run to his manifesting coach to complain about the 3d. but since jack is embodying his new identity, jack decides that this means nothing. jack decides thats spâs cousin. jack decides sp is telling that third party how in love sp is with him.
Now, what i want you to do is sit with yourself and ask yourself if you already have your desire, what would YOUR 4 pillars look like? once you answer your own questions that is who you need to be.
SUBCONSCIOUS MIND DOES NOT HAVE EYE, so be aware of what you are constantly feeding your mind. If you see mirror, and you see fat body, DON'T REACT I REPEAT DON'T REACT, Instead affirm you got perfect body. Also try to be neutral towards body
im confused. people start saying we're gods and can do EVERYTHING. But when someone tells you they have cancer/psychological/physical abuse at home or SOMETHING LIKE THIS, then they tell you that "in situations like this you need real help, laws or subliminals can't do that..." and blah blah blah.
So whats "REAL" then? No, honestly, it's not agression. If anyone can explain it, please tell me. WITHOUT hatred, i beg you. I have manifested a lot myself, but sometimes i always get confused... i understand that some coments on the internet should not have power over me, and in general i know EVERYTHING, i am on par with you, i just sometimes do not understand where the true...
Because if we are not powerful enough the break DNA, genes and more, then am i doing something in vain?

People limit themselves. Itâs that simple. People limit themselves and impose their limits on others. I want to ask you something, what do you think is real? What do you want to be real? Do not concern yourself with others and their beliefs, they are not going to do anything for you. Choose to believe in law of assumption and ignore what others say or do if it doesnât align with your beliefs. You do not need to entertain everything you see, just observe it and move on
honestly, i dont know if i was ever planning on coming back. i was in a bad spot when i went on hiatus. i was halfway in the grave mentally, and i had the mindset of "nothing ever works out for me, so why try anymore?" i was tired and sick of being disappointed, so i did what i always do: i quit as a defense mechanism.
but, today, i was hanging out with my best friend, when suddenly she said-
"god, i need to start manifesting. ur always getting what you want."
she had no idea that id stopped trying. that id given up. she just looked at my life, and saw a success story where i saw repeated failures.
so, let me tell you what i manifested in the last month, once i stopped actively trying to get anything.
- my own apartment for 500 a month with utilities included
- free furniture
- a good, reliable schedule at work
- my bank account never being below 500$
- constantly finding deals and coupons for stuff i want
- my z flip 6
- a haircut that always looks good on me
- 5 pounds of weight loss
- freedom
- a cat that's so amazingly sweet, well behaved, and extremely affectionate.
i didn't do anything for any of this.
seriously. i stopped doing everything id been doing when i went on hiatus. i stopped listening to subliminals, i stopped affirming, i stopped trying to shift, i stopped reading loa stuff online, i stopped EVERYTHING.
and the moment i stopped looking for it? i got everything.
There are multiple realities where you are someone or something else. Where you are poor, where you are rich, where you are athletic, where you are nobility, etc. The limit to what you are is endless. This is why you truly never manifest anything into existence, because it already exists in another reality. Your job is to align yourself with the desired reality. Therefore there cannot be any lack because that version of you does exist, itâs just not reflected yet. You are not your body, you are not the 3d, do not identify with it. Do you see now why there is no way you cannot have your manifestation? It does exist, you just need to accept you are/have your desires and move on, occasionally reminding yourself you have what you want. There will then be no need to doubt yourself and your manifestations because it does already exist. Every-time you manifest something or even make a mundane choice, you are tweaking your reality. For example, there was a version of you who you currently are right now that choose to eat oats instead of eggs on toast this morning. A choice is all that separates you from your desires; the choice to accept you have what you want vs the choice to not accept you have what you want.
Summary: you do not create or manifest anything new, you already have it in another reality, therefore there is no reason to doubt you have what you want because you already do, it just needs to be reflected in this reality, and the time taken for that is not to be worried about, as time is not real and there is only now (no present, no future, no past, only this current moment). All you need to do is focus on being fulfilled in imagination and things will shift and change
iâm going to hold your hand when I say this⌠your manifestation âisnât workingâ because you donât have enough audacity.
fuck being humble! why wouldnât you think so highly of yourself? why wouldnât you think that your the best from everybody else? Nobodyâs better than you, no one looks better than you, no one has more money than you. This isnât a competition with people, this is a competition with yourself and your potential!
if you stay too humble you will never see what you want to manifest in your reality.
Iâm not saying you should focus on looking down on others and proving yourself that your the best compared to them, youâll look like a jester entertaining others. Your priority is elevating yourself and never looking down on YOU when people are in your ear talking about âbe realisticâ or âpipe downâ or when situations/people donât align with what you want.
why would you let anyone else take your shine when itâs your reality? what do you truly profoundly want your life to look like? That movement will be shown by how you show up for yourself, not for other people. You are the star of your reality! â Not your SP, not the 3P and definitely not your 3D.
people force you to be humble because theyâre blinded by how bright you shine, and scared that everything you claim to be is actually true. And thatâll happen if you just have the audacity!
regardless someoneâs going to be in your ear talking some bullshit, but as long as you keep that faith and keep telling yourself âitâs comingâ âi already have it anywaysâ no one else can disturb that fact and unfortunately, only you can disturb it, if you affirm that itâs ânot workingâ đ¤ˇđ˝ââď¸
by the way, having audacity is genuinely another word for persisting in manifestation. to get something that you never had you have to do something that youâve never done; itâs simple as just being the person with that desire â and of course, those circumstances that âkeep you from being that personâ donât matter unless you make them matter!
the 3d is not something you need to fight. it merely mirrors your 4d.
your ego is not something you need to fight. you can ignore whatever it tries to tell you, because it holds no power unless you give it power.
your thoughts and doubts are not something you need to fight. they do not choose for you unless you allow it, so acknowledge them and let them pass.
your feelings and worries are not something you need to fight. they are part of human experience and don't mean shit unless you assume they do. allow yourself to feel, don't dwell on it, and move on.
your circumstances are not something you need to fight. as a conscious creator you have the power to change them, unless you tell yourself that you are a victim.
realise that there is nothing you need to fight or struggle against, because you are the limitless operant power and are in charge of everything you experience. you are in control.
do not give any importance to what does not please you, because what does not please you is irrelevant. focus your attention on what you want more of.
repeat after me: i do not let external factors decide for me, only i get to choose what my reality looks like.
okay so most people in this community know what limiting beliefs are on the surface. you've read about them, you know you're not supposed to have them, you've probably tried to affirm over them a hundred times.
but i want to talk about the ones that are actually doing damage. the ones you don't even clock as limiting beliefs because they just feel like common sense.
because those are the dangerous ones.
like "manifestation takes time." how many of you have said that or thought that or nodded along when someone else said it. and it sounds reasonable right. it sounds like you're just being patient and grounded. but the moment you accepted that as true your subconscious locked it in. and now every single time you try to manifest something your mind is already running on a timeline you created with that one belief. so things take time. not because they have to. because you decided they do.
or "the void is hard." same thing. that's not a fact, that's a conclusion you reached at some point, probably after a few attempts didn't go the way you wanted. and then you carried that conclusion into every attempt after that and wondered why it kept being hard.
or the big one. "my situation is different." your sp has a girlfriend. your finances are too far gone. your health situation is complicated. your family dynamic is too deep rooted. so you half apply the law to everything in your life except that one thing because that one thing feels too real to just assume away.
but here's what i need you to actually sit with. your subconscious does not know the difference between a complicated situation and a simple one. it doesn't look at your circumstances and go "oh yeah that one's gonna be harder." it just reflects whatever assumption you're holding. that's literally its only job.
the reason certain things feel harder to manifest is not because they are. it's because you believe they are. and that belief is the only thing making it true.
and i know that's frustrating to hear because your circumstances feel very real and very specific and very heavy. i'm not dismissing that. but feelings are not facts. and current circumstances are not permanent. they're just the last assumption you held long enough to see in the 3D.
so the actual work, the stuff that changes everything, is not finding a better method or a stronger affirmation. it's catching yourself in the moments where you state something as a fact when it's actually just a story you've been telling yourself for so long it stopped feeling like a story.
you decided those things were true.
which means you have the ability to decide something else.
and the moment that actually lands for you, not just intellectually but like genuinely lands, is the moment your whole experience with this starts to shift.

They're just thoughts. All you have to do is not identify with them. You can either flip them with a positive thought/affirmation, ignore them, or simply observe them and let them pass. They only have as much power as you allow them, so don't worry about feeling them! We're humans, we can't be expected to be happy 24/7! Just remember who you are and the power YOU hold!
