Called and chatted with cs and was told that bc UPŚ took a pic of delivery, I needed to file a claim with the carrier. Their website says they're not responsible for lost packages💔

They dont work for 🧬 or dmg😔 cs agent told me to send pics so I did and they asked for them to be mailed back for a refund😒
