Well the season is now here the temperature is cooler… a succulent braised leg of lamb is perfect over some aged Basmanti rice, Sautéed garbanzo beans with teardrop tomatoes, olives and fresh herbs with hints of sweet red onion and toasted garlic and a little lemon juice to finish the natural braising liquid that is then labeled over the fluffy rice.
