[Among all the side characters] Edward’s back story was something I’ve always wanted to draw some day, so I’m glad that I eventually had the opportunity to do so.
Since I’m an only child, I can only imagine what it is like to have a sibling, but ever since Campania arc I’ve been thinking vaguely that Edward and Lizzy might have a very delicate brother-sister-relationship [*referring to the fact that Lizzy is a genious in fencing and Edward isn’t] and I’ve wanted to show that in this chapter.
I couldn’t draw [his back story] in detail in this chapter due to page limits, but some day I’d like to make an individual episode about them.
You might have noticed already, but I quite enjoy drawing Edward and Lizzy together!
This is the only blog post I found! It’s not proofread, I hope you get the idea though =)

»Yes, Frances is amazing!! I really wish we could have a side story or a flashback with little Frances and Vincent (I still can’t imagine them as siblings because they seem to have quite the opposite personalities). I’d love to know what kind of relationship they had.
