I WAS JUST TALKING ABOUT THIS WITH MY GIRLFRIEND I CANT BREATHE
Okay but why did tumblr give me a warning for sensitive content for this
@unityfreedomanarchy
Oh my fuCKING GOD:’)
you guys don’t even understand how much I adore the whole ‘falling in love for the second time’ thing, it is probably my favourite ever romance trope
like, give me characters who have been in a long term relationship for years, give me characters who have been married, happily married, and who thought that was it for them, that it would never happen again and they would have to live the rest of their lives alone
give me characters who have lost the love of their life…and then let them find another one
by all means make it awkward; make them reluctant and unsure, have it take a long time, make it a slow and strange and dawning realisation but let it be real
give me characters who fall in love a second time, and have it be as real and passionate and important as anything else in their lives has been, give me characters who thought they would never be able to move on realising that you don’t have to deny your past to embrace your future, give me characters who fall in love again in spite of themselves, discovering that they’re not too old and not too broken to find happiness again
give me characters who fall in love a second time; desperately, blissfully, head-over-heels and stupid in love
because let me tell you
I live for that shit
plz dont ask me why i have a bushel of mint
I think I’m gonna start using this blog again to keep ideas and shit str8
I’ll be putting oc stuff here, like aesthtics and things. A lot will be coming from my RP blogs too.
OCs to be featured are:
Aggie Yearling, A 60-Something year old witch, a Gravity Falls OC who I’ve had since nearly the beginning but has updated to a more fleshed out character.
Olive Yearling, Aggie’s 12 year old alien obsessed granddaughter. Olive is a bit of a stinker but she has pure intentions...Unsually.
Bobby Yearling, Aggie’s only son. He is sort of a packaged deal with my other GFalls OCs. He’s a blind archaeologist who loves music and dinosaurs. He isn’t always around.
Steven Yearling, the most recent addition to my Gravity Falls OC cast. Steven is a seven year old nervous vampire that Aggie took in after finding him alone in the woods. Steven arrives later in the storyline.
Jane Foster the ghost of a sweet and intelligent settler girl, lover of books and writing. Her story is ultimately tied to the Yearlings.
My Gravity Falls OCs are actually in the very slow process of being changed from GF OCs to the cast of my original project, which has the working title “Shore Haven” Which is a story about a young girl coming to live with her odd and eccentric grandma in lakes country, Minnesota. Heavy influences from my childhood. Set to be a supernatural slice of life.
Another project with no solid character designs yet is a project called “Uncle Mel’s Menagerie” which is another sort of supernatural slice of life but I see it more as a children’s piece, like a comic where I see Shore Haven being closer to teen/adult but it can be enjoyed by younger people (Like SU or GF). UMM has a similar premis, a young girl moves in with Mel, a man who is apparently her uncle. Everyone calls him Uncle anyway. The protagonist is a skeptic until she realizes just how crazy her ‘uncle’ is, and all the weirdness that surrounds him and his curiosity shop.
A few other ocs are Bean and Cuca who are Dragon Ball Z OCs.
Im doing a tag dump shortly
man, listen.
Yall eating cheese sticks with the Gods and what not
Blind people must save a lot on electricity.
They do actually!
I had a blind professor, last semester, and I swung through his office to make up an exam. It was a while before I knew he was in there because he was sitting with the lights off. I finally went in, apologized, and took the exam by the light of a nearby window (which was fine). Forty-five minutes into dead silence he panicked and yelled in this booming voiced, “WAIT, YOU CAN SEE!!!” before diving across his desk to turn on the lights. I’m sure he was embarrassed but I thought it was endearing and it highlighted a large aspect of disabled life that I hadn’t previously considered.
Imagine your OC being swarmed with excited dogs.
IM JUST TRYING TO PUT MY MAKE UP ON HE WONT STOP SCREAMING

voice off camera: Hey, Ron.
fallen person: Hey, Billy!
you enter the witch's bedroom
she’s surrounded by tarot decks, quartz crystals, and bottles of strange liquids. you don’t look too closely at what’s floating in them.
before the witch is a grimoire of some sort. she leans over the book of spells, she appears to be muttering something under her breath.
you lean in to try and catch what she’s saying:
“i’m at the pizza hut, i’m at the taco bell, i’m at the combination pizza hut and taco bell”
