I specialize in the crime going on in Gotham, monitoring vigilantes β like Batman β and their so-called 'villains'. Interviewing important companies, figures and establishments, such as the GCPD workers & commissioner, Bruce Wayne, and various other notable persons.
I investigate the shady underbelly of Gotham, I gather the necessary proof, my photos for example, to the best of my abilities. To try and work towards a better city. So, what I'm saying is βββ
β γ||γChiro is obsessive and persistent. He can act neurotic, and fights to get what he needs and/or wants. Due to his job, he is quite social and willing to strike up conversations. Sometimes, he has no filter on what he asks.
β γ||γDespite his ability to be confident during an interview and pry for answers, he gets nervous around certain people.
β γ||γHis personality is still loose. I do have more on him, but I'd rather this post not be thousands of words long. Mun is Red, and mun is also under 18. This blog has no age restriction and no default trigger warnings, but this is Gotham, and he is technically an un-offical crime investigator. I try to tag appropiately.

Batman is a vigilante. Nothing more to say about that.
Currently, there are a few Arkham patients and crime heads on the streets that we are working to return. There are no active threats, but we urge the Joker being out, it is advised to stay cautious and keep a gas mask with you at all times.
Does the commissioner have any words to say? All sides of a story really helps the paper... Maybe a one on one?
How does the police force plan on lowering crime rates? Would you say you feel like you're making a real difference?
Are you absolutely sure you have no comment on Batman and all other vigilantes?

Only thing I'm sure about is, He's willing to put himself in dangers way for information, and is persistent about interviews or anything of the such. He sneaks around taking photos of various villains or hero's for the paper. Either writes for established news companies or makes his own online.
He's freelance, but occasionally lands himself some personal on and ones with GCPD workers and often writes about their newest updates. Though thats also very loose... honestly depends idk.
^ canonically, all asks are answered or sent are via text, or voice messages/videos by Chiro. Consider this his work blog... I guess? but in person interactions with him are also possible.
