Jasper Hawthorn ( @jas-hawthorn ) grew up in the Narrows, and knows a lot of the people there. His father was emotionally abusive and neglectful, and his mother was physically abusive. He ran away at 16, but was never filed as missing, so he kept attending school until graduation. After, he decided he wanted to be someone who he would have wanted to help him as a kid, and attended the police academy. Currently, he is 19 and exceeding expectations in the GCPD, personally helping Gordon weed out the bad cops. He is trying to become a detective, but was offered the additional position of running the GCPD page for a bonus for now. He is determined, hard working, but still pretty young in his mannerisms.

Elliot Reeve is an older officer on the force, currently in the position of Sergeant. She grew up in old Gotham, but is determined to keep rouges off the streets. She is a bit old-school, but she is well-educated and not hateful. She may be a bit harsh, but she means well.

We are police officers because that’s the term for what we are within, like— the entire country.
