I am kind of hoping this episode wasn't the true resolution to what's happening to Louter... we still haven't addressed the SEEDS that attacked Louter (unless that was the one that vanishes during his magic CG in ep 20, but if so why is his chivalry still out of control?), and they didn't really show us Louter's magic stopping either. I guess the background wasn't really wobbly anymore at the end of the episode, but I'd hope they'd address it more than that? Maybe I'm in denial, I just don't want this to be another case of FragMem resolving some of its most interesting conflicts super quickly to the point that's it's unsatisfying. Head in my hands.
I think this was the craziest part of the episode for me personally, like. I've always thought Louter's chivalry was the most interesting out of everyone's and I'm very glad they're taking it to scary places now, I did NOT expect this.
The title and the CG seem to be depicting different scenes… given the prominence of flower petals, it looks like this might be Merold’s magic CG? I totally thought they’d save it for the next part, but I guess it makes sense here.
I haven't seen any public translations about the info from this livestream, so I'm stepping up to bat! Also with my own findings/analyses.

Hallritt: Geraniums
Merold: Roses and dahlias
Rimicha: Sunflowers and birds of paradise
Each of the flowers have a meaning and were specially chosen to match their Fragaria. We hope you can have fun thinking about why each flower was chosen!"
Geraniums symbolize a lot of things, but I think friendship and peace are the most important meanings when they relate to Hallritt and his Minna Nakayoku mindset. In the Victorian era, though, they instead symbolized foolishness; the mark of someone careless with their actions. (Also for those of you into astrology, geraniums are also the flower of Scorpio, which he just so happens to be. Take that as you will?)
Roses have an obvious meaning even if you don't care about flower symbolism; love. And that's fairly obvious for Merold's feelings about Melody. The colors themselves also have meanings, though; the white rose in his bouquet symbolizes purity and innocence (Melody is pretty pure and innocent), and light pink symbolizes happiness and admiration. Similarly, dahlias are a symbol of devotion and love, with white ones sharing a similar meaning to white roses.
Merold also has white lilies in his bouquet, which goes unmentioned in the answer for some reason... Another flower meaning purity, but it also represents commitment.
Sunflowers are a symbol of happiness, strength and loyalty, while birds of paradise symbolize joy, faith and freedom. I spent too much of my energy rambling about the other two, so I don't have a lot to say for Rimicha and his flowers... I know in my heart, though, that they suit him perfectly. Give that boy some happiness! He deserves it!
YOUR MELODY - QUESTION 2
"What's the meaning behind 'As more and more things break, I become cowardly, but I'm still so happy I dance on the staff'? Why is he 'happy to become a coward'?"
The question is referring to Merold's solo part at the start of the second chorus. Starts at 2:16. Translating song lyrics is absolutely NOT my forte so take the phrasing with a little more salt than the rest.
"The more important something is, the more timid and scared we become when we begin to think it might be broken or lost. At the same time, having something that important to you is such a joyful and precious thing that it can feel like a melody is playing in your heart. For Merold, the lyrics say that something like that exists for him."
All I'm gonna say here is. Yeah. They're right.
拝啓、暁染める虹よ - QUESTION 1
"This song is characterized by its poetry readings. Was there anything important that was kept in mind when deciding on the lines to be read?"
This question refer to the parts of the song where the knights speak in full sentences as opposed to singing.
"The poetry is read in parts divided between Willmesh, Louterstella and Myunna, but the meaning is retained even when read as a whole. It was created carefully to ensure its content would match Willmesh's worldview. However, even though the song has such attention to detail, each part read by the characters also conveys something they themselves resonate with. Please listen to them again with this in mind."
Focusing on Myunna and Louter specifically since every line resonates with Will in some way. The first readings are "Even if we're apart, no matter where you are" "If we believe in each other, we can communicate". Second readings are "I want to watch the scenery change with you" "I want to capture the unchanging beauty". Take these as you will.
Also Chiba-san starts emphasizing the "meru" part of the song's title around here due to the next question. I still get a laugh out of him going "Haikei, akatsuki soMERU! nijiyo" lol.

"'Dawn' represents the connection between Willmesh and Cielomort. The title was chosen to express the relationship between the childhood friends who are connected by the same sky, the 'sunrise' leading to the 'blue sky'."

So it's a no, but also yes by merit of them being similar in Chaco's eyes... That's how I see it, anyways. Even though we already know he thinks Aru is like Pochacco (from the QnA), I could be reading too much into it.
