i haven't made a fandom-specific oc in so long but this game has taken over my entire brain so i made this asshole

His name is Julian House, his hobbies include wearing sunglasses at the blackjack table and cheating at craps. He was arrested on account of bringing a set of knuckle dusters to Caesar's Palace and beating the shit out of multiple of his (previous) business partners.

His powers work on probability- he's not a wishing well, but he can turn the odds in whatever favor he chooses. Nothing is guaranteed, but always more likely the higher the probability was from the get go.
