Yesterday I did my first workout in like 2 months, so I thought ok I'll follow a 25min beginner video to slowly get back into the weekly routine.

Instead of pressing the key to increase volume, I accidentally skipped forward a few videos and started a 45min absolutely-not-beginner-friendly workout...

At about 27 mins in, I was pretty exhausted and thinking okay final push - I guess the warm-up didn't count for the total time - must not have much left until it’s over. I can do this!

Then at 32 they introduced the next set of moves and that’s when I lost it and realised something went wrong.

TLDR: today I am suffering

I literally only just realised/thought about the fact that when I moved UK -> GR, I also went from monthly net salary of £2000 -> £800 (€930).

Also part of the deal: cost of living plummeted, 5min commute, nicer weather, better surroundings, awesome food, cheaper holidays, significantly more happy, etc. etc.
