My name is Chloé de la Fontaine. Born in Anistar city. Recently moved to the beautiful Lumios city to get a taste of the action.

I'm making this blog to try and not only share the beauty of the city but to also maybe find some people to become friends with in this big imposing city.

Obviously I will be participating in the Z-A royal, so if you find me out in one of the battle zones don't be afraid to come and challenge me and my partner Fer (will be posting pictures of him and all my other friends too once they are a little less shy)

Oh this is a fun story! Back when I was still super little. I think around 6 or 7, my family went on vacation to Unova so my mom could visit her family back in Undella town. This was before it became famous as a resort.

Me and my mom went diving in Undella bay and I ended up finding part of a relic band. It wasn't a big enough part to really be worth anything but that memory made it special to me. I still carry it with me every day.

Yeah.. I'm okay. So are my team. I just. I had a bit of a bad experience with fire types in the past... I thought I had gotten over my fear of them but my opponent was a fire type trainer... Clearly I didn't get as over it as I thought

Ohhh, I see. I'm sorry you had to go through that.

Sometimes the fear comes back even when we think we've conquered it. Especially when we have someone we care about; we don't want them to have the same experience we had. At least, that's what Professor Balsam told me.

One last run through the nearby wild zone before our next promotion match!

We had a very good night of battling, and got all the points to get my ticket.

Fer is very tired from a fight though so we will be waiting till morning to seek out our promotion match opponent.

what’s your favorite outfit you’ve ever put on your pokemon?

It's less that I put outfits on my pokemon, and more that I work with my team to find good looking outfits that they enjoy, just like I would with my human clients. That being said I DO have some looks we've developed for them that I'm quite proud of, and you can tell my teammates love wearing! For example, this is one of Jade's favourite outfits!

She loves wearing pants and it's always a treat when we find another pair that we can shove her dress into without it being too obvious and looking bad, and the red jacket and belt really just compliments some of the natural greens of her body, not to mention how all the gold pops. We had to get some adjustments done on the waistline of the pants and sleeves of the jacket to make them fit right, but it was SO worth it, and Jade's psychic power definitely helps get everything on even it it wouldn't work otherwise.

Oh she looks absolutely stunning in that outfit! You can really see how her confidence blooms wide open in that!

Battle zones are kinda ominous with the red glow and all at night. I remember thinking they looked a little bit scary when I first heard about them on tv. Though having some pokemon by your side does help hehe.

Question for all the trainers out there, what's your favorite pokemon type and why?

For me it's steel due to some sentimental values, my mom's family has always had steel types as their partners and because we were never really a family of trainers. Even before my mom moved to Kalos and worked in Unova.

Ooh, ghost! As a kid I always loved ghost types because they hung out with me during recess (my elementary school was next to a graveyard) and I didn't really get along with the other kids. Then, when I entered middle school, my sister gifted me a Shedinja 'cuz she evolved her Nincada. Ghost types are great listeners and very loyal, too.
