* A STUDY IN: being born and bred for war, moulding the perfect soldier, living a life of falsehoods and revealing the smoke and mirrors of it all, the capability of change, searching for identity, dismantling a tyranny, and amounting to something great.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTERWARD? lae'zel stays in faerûn after the party parts ways. while searching for vlaakith-aligned strongholds to dismantle and loyalists to slay, she is being hunted by her lich-queen's assassins for six months until their orders turn elsewhere – orpheus's uprising.

i personally favour the ending where lae’zel leaves to fight in the astral. however, to get more out of a changed lae’zel, her decision to stay is based on her relationship to the party and each individual companion; therefore, plotting dyanmics is heavily encouraged.
