um this isn't directly related to hq doujins but i wanted to know if anyone's working on translation the hq novels because i'm reaaally interested in reading them but i have no idea if anyone's translated them. i apologize if this is an odd question but i really love your work and i just wanted to know if you had any idea ;A;

Sth about HQ!! chap 208

- It’s a day in December, the temperature is -2 °C and it’s snowing. We haven’t meantioned about the time yet (about 4:00AM ~ 5:00AM). So, it must be very cold, but Hinata is wearing his jersey only.

- He ride a bike for more than 30 mins in that weather (from his home to Karasuno is 30 mins through the mountain, and don’t forget about the distances between Karasuno and Shiratorizawa) in order to be able to join the training camp he didn’t have any invitation, with the view to…arrgg we all know that !!!! Right?

- All he thinks about is Kageyama’s “I’ll be going ahead” and he just wants to have somewhere to grow up, to improve. He don’t want to lose to his partner, also his biggest rival.

- Can’t you see the fire in his eyes?

- At the beginning, Hinata must be love volleyball more than anyone else. After all of things happened, he knows himself lack of experiences and technical (can’t improve by his teammates ‘s help bc they know all about his weeknesses and strengths), so he needs to try practicing with people outside the team, not with kids and mamas, but with amazing players at the same age as him.

- Who can stay at home, do nothing and let others surpass your face in that case? I know you said “Hinata inviting himself is rude”. But it’s his determination to be stronger and stronger, to be able to bring victory to his team. So what’s bad?

- Please love this kid (ಥ﹏ಥ) He deserved to be loved. If you can’t, at least, don’t judge him very fast like that.

but it’s not that people don’t love him lmao. it’s the literal truth. what he did is irresponsible and immature and even though this is high school volleyball, he needs to understand that there are rules to everything that you must follow. being the troublemaker won’t help him in this matter, volleyball is a professional sport, and it seems like he wants to do it past high school so this is something he needs to understand. alsoooo, he CAN actually practice with his karasuno teammates because a lot of them excel in places that he severely lack? he can find strength in his own teammates so doing this is not only immature but it also seems like he condescends on his teammates’ abilities even when their basics are far more solid that his.

i love hinata, but i hope furudate has him kicked out in the next chapter so he can learn and understand. this is important for his own character growth.

I wrote this post bc I saw a lots hate posts yesterday tho– I argee with you Hinata has done a stupid thing (as always lmao), and as I said, let’s wait for the new chap. We don’t know what Furudate-sensei is planning to do when he let Hinata do sth like this ; __ ; But I don’t think just practicing with his karasuno teammates can totally help him come up against his lacks. He did it in the past, but he can’t. And he had to run into coach Ukai and practiced with many people to change. The thing he needs is oppotinities to practice with different kind of people. And those guys out there are the most amazing 1st year players, and coachs. (I can understand why he did a reckless decision like that, tbh) But, yeaa, i hope Furudate have a right explanation about this. I don’t think he will make this kid to be troublemaker or annoyed shortie–

About the lastest chapter

So, I’ve been reading a lot of posts about Hinata being selfish for breaking the rules or disrespecting it and the other players.

I just want to say that. FOR GOD SAKE, THE NEXT CHAPTER HASN’T OUT YET. That’s mean, we still have no clue about what he’s been planning. ( Maybe he will build his own camp outside and practice with the others when they’re on break. Who knows? ) Don’t you think that it’s still early to judge him?

In my opinion, he’s doing that because he NEEDS to grow. You can’t expect him to ‘homesitting’ and get better. Some said that he can still practice with his team and improve. But hasn’t he been doing that from the beginning. And did he get the invitation? NO!

Why did Tsukishima get it? He is sharp and can analyze the situation well from the very start. Just like Kageyama, who is a genius. They’re all been gifted which Hinata doesn’t and plus, height is important.

He has to do something different if the old method didn’t work for him. If they didn’t support him, he has to find his own way to do it.

So, in the end, I just want to say that. Please, be patient and wait for the next chapter to see what will happen. I don’t think Furudate would do something to make Hinata become a selfish person. Because that is not who he is.
