PT.1

You reach out to the silhouette that stood in the bright white light, they just walked further away. You hear the cries and whispers of a girl. It’s you. You touch your face, feeling the slick layer of tears that stained your cheeks. You turn around still not being able to see anything but white and then a second figure appears. He reaches out to you this time, another figure joins him, also reaching out their hand.

“Join us” they say in unison. As you reach out your hand hesitantly they disappear like a puff of smoke. You feel your throat tighten.

You wake up breathing heavily with sweat falling slowly down your smooth forehead. You pull the silk covers off of your body and pull your fluffy slippers onto your feet. You drag yourself sluggishly to the bathroom and switch on the light and squint at the brightness. You look at yourself in the mirror and then start to wash your face. While brushing your teeth you hear a buzz from your phone. You walk back into your bedroom and grab it.

After replying to Jungkook you finish brushing your teeth and then walk to your closet. You pick and outifit and lay it on your bed then heading back into your bathroom to take a quick shower. You turn on the water and the sound of it tapping the floor echoes around the room. You let the water run down your body as you step in, running your hands through your hair. You clean your body with care and step out of the shower, drops of water landing on the cold tile floor as you grab your towel. You dry yourself off and then dry your hair. You get changed into your clothes and wait for Jungkook to beep his car horn.

You hear a loud honk outside and grab your keys, phone and bag. You lock your door behind you after turning off the lights. Running down the stairs you open the door to your apartment complex and run to Jungkook’s car with a wide smile on your face showing your sparkling teeth.

“Get In loser, we’re going shopping” Jungkook says as he rolled down the window just to roll it up again. You open the car door and slide into the small car.

“Let’s go” You Smile at him.

He changes hear and then starts to make his way to the shopping centre. Switching off the car and locking it as you both step out, Jungkook chuckles to himself as you nearly trip over your own feet.

He starts to walk towards the entrances as you scowl at him behind his back. He holds out his hand for you to take it as you run up behind him. You take his hand and smile at him as he smiles back with a slight rosiness on his cheeks.

You two start to look around the different shops, he buys you some clothes, telling you that he thinks you’d look great in them. Eventually you’re both exhausted from all the shopping and decide to stop off at a small café with him.

“What do you want to order?” He asks you while he puts down some bags by your legs.

“Iced Americano? And a muffin?” You ask, batting your eyelashes sweetly which he lightly chuckles at.

“Alright, I won’t be a minute” he says while walking to the small line.

You twiddle your thumbs as you wait for him to come back. Soon he waddled back with a tray in his hands, carrying your orders.

He places it down and you grab your things as you thank him for paying. He smiles at your gratitude and takes his seat.

You two spend the next three hours talking about the most random of topics you could think of, obnoxiously laughing when it got too ridiculous. You were both smiling throughout the whole conversation.

“I guess it’s time to leave then?” You say putting your empty glass of coffee on the tray that was covered in the crumbs of the countless pastries you both shared.

“I guess so, I’ll drive you back.” He smiled, picking up half of the bags as you grab some too.

The ride back was short and silent only until the car stopped.

“I’ll see you soon Y/N” Jungkook said, clicking his tongue as you stepped out of the car.

“You too” You Smile as you enter your apartment complex, waving goodbye as he drove off. As soon as you get inside your apartment you slide down against the door, sighing and clutching your throbbing heart.

“Taehyung-ah? Where are we going?” You say while your hand was clasped tightly in his.

“I want you to meet someone” he turned to look at you with a small smile.

He walked a few steps further and tapped on a tall man’s shoulder. He turned around and looked at Taehyung and then to you.

“Who’s this?” He smiled, holding out his hand.

“My name is Y/N, nice to meet you” you shook his hand while looking into his eyes. They were captivating, the deep brown reminded you of chocolate. His dark hair covering his smooth forehead.

You felt a pain on the left side of your chest and clutched it. You turned away, not being able to see what Taehyung or Jungkook we’re doing. However Jungkook too had a pain on the left side of his chest, clutching it, he did the same. Taehyung smirked as he knew exactly what went on.

You turned back to Jungkook and Taehyung and excused yourself to the bathroom of the club with the loud music, you were the driver for you group of friends tonight, meaning you weren’t drinking.

You walk into a stall and start to unbutton your shirt. You look down to see the once half a heart on your chest, which has now turned into a whole. Meaning he was your soulmate.

You button your shirt back up and walk out of the stall and wash your hands, you walk out and join Taehyung and Jungkook on the dance floor. You start to bob along to the music as Jungkook starts to show off, he prances around sillily but still looking very cute as he does it.

He later comes up to you, out of breath. Whispering in your ear, he takes you outside of the club.

“Why are you whispering?” You say furrowing your eyebrows.

“I might never get a chance to say this, so I want to say it now..” he starts, the faint smell of alcohol surrounding the area. “I thought Love was overrated and this whole Soulmate thing was stupid... you’re my soulmate...”

“Really?” You say, widening your eyes.

“Mom, are we going somewhere? Or did you adopt a kid without telling me?” you held up a stuffed bear the size of your head. 

Felix walked in the door, “HEY! PUT TRUFFLES DOWN.” He immediately ran towards you and took the bear from your hands, followed by caressing it and checking for scratches.

“What is he doing here? Someone please enlighten me,” you exclaimed as you threw your hands up in the air.
