I read a fic where Ilya was a model and Shane was his secret boyfriend and the entire fic was a soc med au and the entirety of it was Ilya hiding his relationship with Shane and protecting him while also hinting at it, they came out on their own accord. It was beautiful.

I really want to know if there are other fics similar to this plot. Sorta like non celebrity Shane or anything really and celebrity Ilya fic with their fans going crazy over them or quite literally any plot would do.

I would never understand the Porsche hate. Coming from reddit rn and I saw a post which basically asked why a lot of writer's portray Porsche as an ass. I've seen this pattern a lot too. There's so many fics where Chay ends hating his brother and pretty much everybody including the minor family side with him except for Kinn.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I haven't been an active participant in any fandom in a really long time and not sure if my memory serves me right.

But, didn't Porsche join the main family as a bodyguard to repay his debts and earn money for his brother? He had been taking up jobs since a young age, he had been fighting in illegal fight rings to earn little money that would go for his brothers education. He protected his brother since a young age, (this might come off harsh) but he was a fucking child, too! He deserved to live a normal life too!!!

Porsche had been through a lot and it's seen throughout the book and the series. So why is it that it's portrayed as though Chay would end up hating his own brother? I think that's a load of bullshit.

People are allowed to write whatever they want to. But I firmly believe that Porsche deserved more respect.

I would never understand why people would portray him so negatively only because he tried to live his life for once.

I recently read a fic accidentally which was grossly mistagged. Can't even go into detail about how terrible it was.

Chay hating his brother is a load of bullshit that I will never believe or respect as an opinion.

But it's my humble request that fic writers please tag your fics with an ooc tag or atleast put the proper tags when you grossly misinterpret characters. This is in relation to making Porsche seem like a pompous asshole who never gave a fuck about his brother.

I don't remember the whole story or plot at all, just a little snippet of it.

So here goes: Liu Qingge went to Qing Jing Peak (I don't remember for what reason) and kicked down Shen Qingqiu's door of his bamboo house (again). Shen Qingqiu was not very pleased, since his disciples just finished fixing the door from the last time Liu Qingge kicked it down. He politely asks (more like demands with a fake smile) that his Liu-shidi fixes the door. He hands him a few items, and Liu Qingge sees it's everything he needed...everything he needed to fix the door he just broke. He ends up fixing the door as he was asked.

Shen Qingqiu (Shen Yuan) suffers a qi deviation after pushing Luo Binghe into the Abyss. As a result, he has become somewhat weaker and now needs to walk with a cane. They still meet at Jin Lan city and Huan Hua palace wants to keep him in their Water Prison, but the other peak lords firmly object due to his condition. As a compromise, Luo Binghe must go back to Qing Jing peak to keep an eye on his shizun (he just wants to be with him, but Shen Qingqiu thinks Binghe wants to make sure he does not teach his disciples while he is still under investigation). Luo Binghe even sits on during the lessons of the other disciples, wanting to be his Shizun's student as old times. In the end, the two talk and clear the air and (if I remember correctly) end up together.

Great because he's a loving "brother/friend" who puts up with that idiot WWX a jealous asshat who uses WWX's kindness and incredible ingenuity until he's no longer an asset and throws him away like a used tissue...

Great because he's a fantastic uncle to his darling nephew terrible uncle who abuses his only nephew to the point he risks his life to prove himself worthy of a small morsel of love he might just get if he accomplishes something incredible just like unlike his subpar uncle Jiang...

Great because he's a hero saving the cultivation world from all those evil "demonic cultivators" psychotic kidnapper, torturer and murderer... attacking innocent people in case they are a man who died years ago...

Great because he organised an attack on those evil Wen refugees and the sadistic overlord who ruled them meticulously planned a siege over three months, hoping to kill WWX and murdering the toddler, old lady and innocent people he met some time ago

Great because he is virtuous and a trustworthy sect leader who honours the way of the world doesn't care who he steps on to get what he wants and has no honour when it comes to life debts, opting to kill the very people he owes his life to.

Yeah he's great, he's the best 👍
