Poem : A Daughter Grew Up..!

Naming his daughter for the very 1st time  To now getting her name as the most responsible child of the family ; Sitting on a shoulder of father while going for a night walk To taking all responsibilities on her own shoulder & taking father for a walk  A Daughter grew up.

Learning the names of vegetables with the help of colors  To now learning how to bargain with the help of Mumma ; Crying while going to school for the 1st time  To now getting emotional while leaving the home for last few year's studies  Again Daughter grew up.

Learning names/values/rituals of God & Goddess from Grand-Parents  To teaching them how to use Smart phones/Smart cards ; Being pampered & even stubborn for selective food dishes  To now making a variety of dishes for every particular family member  Actually A Daughter grew up.

Asking mother regarding the confusion of which dress to wear  To buying "A Perfect Dress" for Mumma ; Being most notorious, childish, stubborn, innocent  To now being most matured, powerful, self-independent  Yes A Daughter grew up..!!

As I was raised.

Recalling the sense of nostalgia

Nostalgia - a ‘Childhood’ in simplicity

Yes, a village - remembrance of wisdom

heaven in this paradise - well being

A pleasure - morals and purpose

Motives; a therapy

Window- A Peep through

‌A place where you can peep through your life... 

A mate who has been there for you since childhood 

Whether it be your  sad Or sarcastic moments 

A mate who made us peep through our future all the time... 

Whenever our parents scolded us we being a toddler seeked for this mate...   Whenever our teacher used to scold us in preschools or in schools we used to seek out for this friend of ours 

And during our adolescence the most triggering things are our friendship issues, our career selection etc.. 

Window is the only friend who doesn't react to our mood swings 

Post adolescence the only thing we worry about is facing the demanding world 

Window is the friend who teaches us how to stay calm and to focus on our goals 

After we are stable enough to face this challenging world the only fret is losing our beloved 

Window is the only friend who teaches the  art of being positive➕ 

Window is the only constant friend who stays with you when our death is at our doorstep..

It is said that God flashes each and every moment spent on this heavenly earth  within flick of seconds ..⏲️

And yes! Window is the source for the same between you and  the almighty!

Our soul cries, but no one's there to carress you…

That soulful touch which lasted for few days, which is missing nowadays,

My soul needs a mate who can listen... Who can read my brains!!

Everything is useless, because no one's here!

Missing them is the only thing,

Whilst you need them the most!

Ego is the main obstacle which stops us to confront our feelings...

It distracts you the most which evorts you!

The bond which was shared is no longer into existence!

The fights, which used to last for a short period...

 Everyone cares for you,

But I am left behind…

This is where karma plays!

Those insecurities which we used to carry...

That friend which used to be mine is now others!

That sarcasm which we used to share,

Vanishes all of a Sudden!!

Everything changes, places and faces,

But chase the one, where good vibe embraces;

 Beauty and bliss, they all pretend,

Composite the glimpse of trend;

But seems not the end!

 See forth, with broader foresight,

The passion that lights and sense of sight,

Holds in it the purest delight;

 You're bound with sort of vibes in the air,

If found positive, a subtle beat pulses there;

 Loudest laughter out your glee,

It isn’t significant; the ugliness and beauty,

But just glad to be alive and free;

To you Oh my dear mankind,

This beautiful earth is a gift of God to mankind. He wished that man would live there in peace and harmony with other creations.

But, with the passage of time man, self-centred, has established his dominance over everything he met with, assaulting the heavenly design and creativity.

Man marched towards the attainment of his selfish goals devastating everything, crushing the helpless and oppressed. Thus man’s insatiable need made this wonderful gift of God, a battle field of terrorism, falsehood, unlawfulness, communalism, fanaticism, corruption, shadow governments and deep states.

The future is becoming uncertain. The livelihood for the future generation is under threat. Theories of sustainable growth remains closed in books only as if cursed souls wanting to get freed. The bubbles of heavy talks on sustainability flying towards the horizons and burst away…

The dreams on inclusive growth becomes blue moon…

The pages wherein inclusive growth was written were torn and thrown to the freezing wind of man’s insatiable greed.

But,

Our country blessed by the greatness of many leaders who taught us invaluable lessons of sacrifice, tolerance, love and brotherhood made us dream of a world wherein everyone lives together, join hands  freely and happily with mutual trust, support, harmony and brotherhood.

Therefore, let us join hands and sing with the poet,

“Where the mind is without fear and the head held high; Where knowledge is free; Where the world has not been broken up into fragments by narrow domestic walls; Where words come out from the depth of truth; Where tireless striving stretches its arms towards perfection; Where the clear stream of reason has not lost its way into the dreary desert sand of dead habit; Where the mind is led forward by Thee into ever-widening thought and action; Into that heaven of freedom, my Father, let my country awake.”

 So, my dear friends let us stand united for peace and harmony…

Let us hold our hands tight for truth, equality and brotherhood...

Haters vs. Critics

As humans are all unique and each have their own mindsets to deal with various problems or issues that come across their daily life have to ultimately tolerate various comments or suggestions given to them by other people.

Opinions, or suggestions provided by people classifies them as haters and critics based on the intention of giving the same. Haters are the people who are good for nothing except for pulling back or manipulating the better human beings from doing something good in the society. Haters are people who may sometimes don't tolerate any good things and always pursue to demoralize the good virtues of a human being.

Critics on the other hand are people who are well experienced and have better knowledge on various aspects of society and so they give their valuable decisions, suggestions and advice to other human beings which can help to achieve better outcome. It generates zeal and positive energy for newly groomed human beings who receive such advice or suggestions from them.

Life is a beautiful journey where every human being is coming across various challenges; we all need to be a good critic than being a hater so that the journey called life is accomplished in a simpler and humble way.

Before the curtain falls….

Woman! The greatest creation of God… Eternal flow of love and patience… Symbol of sacrifice and serenity…

HE made her by blending beauty, bravery and benevolence… HE made her queen of courage, competence, caliber and creation… HE made her a cause of human existence… She does the Divine Duty unconditionally with all perfection… Her support became inevitable for man to become perfect.

the arrogant and self-centered man was always curious to give her only a second place… always treated her inferior and uneconomical… in their thoughts, words and deeds…

Manusmruti said “…woman doesn’t deserve freedom” Shakespeare sang ‘frailty, thy name is woman’

But Her unbeatable nature made man to realize her importance…                 Tasted the warmth of her love and patience…                 Agreed upon her courage, competence and caliber… She traveled along with man shoulder to shoulder.                 Conquering new and new horizons…                 Showing that she is not less than men…

Still! Why this female foeticide?!...

Oh! My dear friend, What makes you go for gender identification and subsequent abortion?... Why are you afraid of a girl child?... Why women become victim of life-threats, mental and physical torturing, And suicidal attempts in your surroundings?... Where as every life is to be respected! Think and act… for your existence and growth need her ultimately.

SOCIAL INTELLIGENCE – THE ABOVE ALL

The future trend will be of Automation in the future and all the sectors will be full-fledged surrounded by Artificial Intelligence but Human Skills will always play in the forefront in education sector whereby the social field and understanding of emotions play a vital role.

According to experts, there are three main bits of intelligence –

a.     Abstract Intelligence – The ability to apply gained knowledge in complex situations. For Example – Intelligence Testing Unit

b.    Mechanical Intelligence – The ability to understand the functioning of mechanism and processes. For Example – Scientists and Engineers

c.     Social Intelligence – The ability to identify how to be people’s person. For Example – Successful Leaders

Social Intelligence is all about understanding a person’s competence to optimally according to one's environment and react appropriately for socially successful conduct. It is related to how one behaves in a social setting, tackles various social challenges, and adapts to one’s social surroundings. It is also known as Interpersonal Intelligence. HR people understand what different target groups want and what motivates them to take action. It is important to reach the core of the wishes and needs of these target groups and then you can respond quickly to their signals. It’s all about building the relationship as that is the essence of any SUCCESSFUL journey to reach the destination. As per the observation, intellectuals find difficulty in maintaining Social Life.

If we see COVID – 19 situations, technology has become very centric for everyone but still, people miss the human touch.  Online Education is very much Global but still Students are more comfortable in gaining lessons in physical form.

People who are having a good social life and surrounded by good relations, know how to nurture their relationship well in personal as well as in professional life. This will lead to Happy Life and Successful Professional Life.

Lack of Social Intelligence you can find mostly in your surrounding that people might be interacting with people online happily, but the same people will be ignoring those sitting beside them. This boundary that people have drawn around them makes them look isolated and uninterested in any real-world communication, making the lack of human communication and relationships a pressing problem of our times. To avoid this, cultivate the habit of Conversational skills which you can broaden the conversations, Give people cent %  time while conversing, Celebrate similarities and respect the differences in each other which leads to identifying their fortes and understand what makes other people tick what you offer.

Daniel Goleman has rightly quoted, “Empathy and Social Skills are Social Intelligence, the interpersonal part of Emotional Intelligence. That’s why they look alike.”

Trend of Management Education in 21st Century

The greatest need of the hour for developing countries is novelty, creativity, and integration of knowledge at global level, research, critical and analytical thoughts. A thorough discussion on the influence of technology, and trends in different streams of education shall help in identifying the way ahead for academicians, policy makers, students and members of corporate world! 

Management Education is going through a lot of technological and subject areas advancements. From global perspective to shift in specialization subjects, the Educators of MBA and Integrated MBA believe that these reformations will benefit in creating global citizens; be it with lot of pressure for B-schools to advance with the trend.

Technology-based tutorship and knowledge imparting ways like the flipped classroom and blended learning requires latest and updated forms of interactions which can be termed new between teachers and students.

As students find themselves in an interconnected world, it is important "to recognize the fundamental inter connections among disparate people, places, and process, and the ways in which these influence and constrain even apparently local and individual choices".
