I am the kind of delusional that just barely skated by on my Funger Ending A run on “Fear and Hunger” (Easy) Mode and immediately said:
“I’m going to get Ragnvaldr’s S ending next!”
Then proceeded to play the first two rooms of the dungeon over and over again for 2 hours.
That was me a few months ago, but current me is refreshed, stronger and way better looking. I am invincible!
So happy we all agree on the “Fear and Hunger is a comfort game” situation. Now I sure this next comment will be equally unanimous.
Since Funger Termina is getting a fishing game, it is basically Stardew Valley. I will be taking no questions at this time.
Is it wrong that I consider Fear and Hunger a comfort game? It is horror that I don’t need a crazy amount of hand-eye coordination for and it has a fun art style AND Eldridge body horror.
Like, I’m just a little guy would likes to cuddle up with a blanket and a warm drink and watch little fictional characters have their sanity slowly stripped away as they become more attuned to the Elder Gods and the truly fucked up nature of their surroundings. Is that too much to ask?
