    A quiet apartment seemed more like a ( c a g e ) to the woman; hours of trying to distract        herself. Between stacks of homework and visiting beloved sister, it was easy to keep her      focus not on him. The days he stuck around were at best good. Crystal hues had avoided      eye contact, and a flinch was produced when his touch would linger on her for too long.     His issues had risen to the surface and now she didn't feel brave enough to face them.        She had never minded, or at least shown at it. Dante had his issues, and she didn't want to push him further away. It was easier to just live with it -- at first. But the longer he stayed       away, and the more nights spent apart, it began to gnaw and claw it's way to the surface        once again. Who was she to ask anyone to change? This wasn't the way relationships            were supposed to go; it seemed too broken. Lightning and Ignis were happy, and a slight      of jealously when many a nights she would spend curled up on their sofa, afraid to stay          alone.    And now she had to face the monster, no longer could they go on avoiding each other.    There was simple or delicate way to approach him. No easy way to make it all disappear.   Maybe it was just better not to say anything;; but c o u l d she go on living this way? She      had to be strong, wasn't that always easier said then done?                                                 " Is it because of me ?                                               What am I doing wrong ? "

i want more ‘life’ threads. the little things, y’know? not everything has to be A N G S T Y or PAINFUL. ( i mean it. shut up. ) little things like making breakfast with someone who’s not a morning person. getting them to laugh because you’re cute and they know it. meeting up for lunch on a busy day. because you’ve gotta make that time to see them. sure, you’ll be home in a few hours, but that’s - hours from now. dinner dates. the casual kind. like leftovers from two nights ago. with cheap — beer. but it’s still a date because the two of you are alone, and you lit a yankee candle for your — coffee table.

& watching movies. seriously. or like half of one. because you both fall asleep early. i want t h i n g s. real things.
