Darae exhaled deeply but inaudibly under her breath. She thought she spoke a little too fast but what was done, was done and she was glad. Her grip around the cup tightened a little as she tried to make out the soft visage of the lady. Was my answer enough? The silence was getting to her howbeit the other’s response was not something to be rushed.

Taken aback from the question, she blinked a few moments, her mouth slightly agape. “I– yes, I will be!” Her voice cracked a little at the end from excitement. She had to hold herself back from grabbing the other’s hand, clearing her throat again behind a closed fist to maintain looking somewhat professional. After all, it wasn’t a statement that confirmed she was accepted merely a question of availability.

Sooyoung’s eyes barely left the woman’s face, and her legs shifted under the table. A childish grin took form on her face, clearly amused with the other’s actions as she covered her lips with the tips of her fingers to refrain from laughing. Sooyoung decided that she should at least test how the girl could manage. With that thought, her head tilted, and she spoke a few, “Could you maybe come with me today? It’ll only take an hour of your time...”
