the older i get the more i realise how batshit my parents would get over the smallest shit. like ive never felt the need to swear or yell at anyone if they forget something at home for example or they drop a plate of food. ik the excuse people give is that they were over stimulated probably and on their last nerve but tbh im obviously not emotionally stable at all but i never have that same explosive rage that I physically assault someone in just every day life

remembering my wedding is so so so difficult for me. not only because it was a horrible reminder of my family not being nice, loving etc but also because i was manic during it. i was on the highest dose of anti psychotics i had ever been on (for context once i came down from the mania the anti psychotic KNOCKED ME OUT for 12 hours but durinf the wedding days i was only sleeping 3 hours). the stimulation of the party was making ot worse and i was honestly acting the food. i went from loudly laughing and having fun witj friends to crying in literally one minute. it was so embarrassing. i hate it sm. havinf bipolar is EMBARRASSING
