The Moon and Saturn does not only represent your perception of your nurturing and authoritative parent, but they also represent the inner authoritative and nurturing voice your parents greatly influenced growing up. These inner voices will often be present throughout your life, whether your parents were present or absent. These voices will often dictate how you discipline yourself and what comforts you allow yourself to have.

The inner authoritative voice is the voice that calls you to discipline yourself. This is the voice that tells you when you are stifled by comforts, the voice that defines your goals.
Saturn in Aries: Your inner authoritative voice disciplines you by demanding you to be strong and independent in your life. You are denied comfort when you do not stand for yourself. Your goal is to be truly self-sufficient and assertive.
Saturn in Taurus: Your inner authoritative voice disciplines you by demanding consistency and stability in your life. You are denied comfort when you face unforeseeable change. Your goal is to truly be at peace and to stand firm with yourself.
Saturn in Gemini: Your inner authoritative voice disciplines you by demanding intelligence and logical rationality in your life. You are denied comfort when your life does not make rational sense to you. Your goal is to truly be able to articulate true intelligence.
Saturn in Cancer: Your inner authoritative voice disciplines you by demanding emotional familiarity in your life. You are denied comfort when your life becomes unpredictable. Your goal is to truly be able to be comfortable in your own skin.

Saturn in Sagittarius: Your inner authoritative voice disciplines you by demanding freedom and open-mindedness in your life. You are denied comfort when you are unable to see other perspectives. Your goal is to truly understand and articulate your understanding of the world.
Saturn in Capricorn: Your inner authoritative voice disciplines you by demanding success and practicality in your life. You are denied comfort when you face failure. Your goal is to truly attain success and to create a self that can stand the test of time.
