Y’know. With Fujieda it feels like Towa can be more himself compared to when he’s with the other three. It doesn’t feel like he needs to be “too careful of his feelings” like with Rei because his feelings don’t get hurt easily. Or “watch what he says” like with Madarame because he doesn’t have a violent temper/tendencies. Or “probing for information” like with Taku since Fujieda is so honest (I love u Rei never 4get I’m just saying <3)

Rantaro seemed like he would’ve been a really interesting character to see interact with everybody but they went and killed him off in the first chapter. Like in the first chapters of dr games I noticed the characters that are kind of boring or annoying get killed off like sayaka is whatever to me, leon was a dick, twogami was a repeat, and teruteru. But they seriously decided to go and kill off rantaro and kaede in the first fucking chapter and leave us with tsumugi are you serious

Like sure cool twist and all but what about the story, bro, what about me having fun with the story 💀💀

I think some of you forgot that autistic people sometimes act strange and say things that are poorly worded and speak with incorrect tone and misunderstand or miss social cues because they are autistic

Actually yes I can. Most of the time people think I am being an asshole/rude/insensitive because I use the same cadence for everything because it is the one I know best (monotone, and often interpreted as slightly sarcastic), I learned to speak mostly by mimicking my father. I talk like that because I have autism. I also have trouble determining what to say to people who are upset, and I often end up making it worse because of my low empathy, even though I genuinely care I often come off as accidentally antagonistic. (An example that comes to mind is sending a friend in elementary school pictures of cute dogs to cheer them up after their dog unexpectedly died in a freak accident. This did Not help.)

So yes I literally can blame "being an asshole" on my autism. If I said something wrong, maybe tell me what I did so I can avoid it? Idk. I guess I'm just a Rude Unpleasant Person Forever.

Big reason Kabumisu makes me want to chew drywall in fact; Kabru who is like PATHOLOGICALLY INCAPABLE of not trying to people please by giving people what he thinks they want out of him encountering someone who is literally unable to have or express any desire other than the same single-minded goal Kabru has, and now all of a sudden Kabru has to actually express his own desires and interact authentically with another person whose desires he literally cannot use because they don't exist.

And then what he wants is to fucking manhandle that twink in like every panel.

ALSO!!! Back on a serious point. Because Mithrun also used to be a compulsive people pleaser but where Kabru does it out of genuine interest in others and for the greater good because he has A Mission, Mithrun did it out of pure self-interest and insecurity and self-loathing. The way the same behavior can be selfish and self-destructive or it can be altruistic and noble. The recognition of the Self in the Other. The difference it makes when you take a genuine interest in others. The way that caring for others can lead to caring for the self. The fact that Kabru doesn't care about himself enough to do self-care but objects to the same self-disinterest in Mithrun and starts forming better habits for himself as a result of trying to do the same thing for Mithrun. Do you see what I'm talking about.
