Thank you so much to everyone who ever engaged with any Citrineclan content. Finding a community, however small, has really been such a gratifying achievement for me. Citrineclan was not supposed to go on as long as it did. It was only thanks to the people who stuck around and supported me that I kept the whole thing going. The comic started as an experiment to see if I could even do something as dedicated as illustrating a story, however unserious. And looking at it now, two-and-a-half years later, I can say with confidence that I can.

I will absolutely be starting a new Clangen story eventually. But as of right now, if I draw another cat, I might explode. I'll create a new blog for it when the time comes, and I'll post a link to it from this account. Thank you for coming along with me on this absurdist (because that sounds better than unplanned, ridiculous, and under-researched) story about mental illness, trauma, capitalism, and awful women.

Happy Two Year Anniversary of Citrineclan!

But happy one year anniversary to this blog!

I've been drawing for Citrineclan for two years now, and I really can't overstate how grateful I am for the people who have come along and commented and sent in asks and engaged in any way. It always makes me smile so big and wide when people take time out of their days to support this passion project of mine.

Moon 51 will be coming out soon! Part one of two is finished. Sorry for the non-comic content lately. Artfight was my priority for July. Don't unfollow, guys!!!

I will likely be posting a new pin for the blog soon, so get ready for another nothingburger of a post.

Drawing Clangen cats as humans (part 1)

I keep going back and forth on whether I like this or not lol I did this with canon WACA characters on my main account , but to be honest I got kind of tired of that so I wanted to try some of my favorite Clangen blog characters!

Pinefrost and Grasskit belong to @fallenclan Sproutpatch belongs to @branchclangen And Sagospot belongs to @citrineclan

I took some slight liberties so they'd translate a little better to human designs, I love all these characters very much! Go check out the blogs they belong to, they're all awesome.

The premise for SaltClan is insanely good. I want to study how your mind works (compliment). This might just be a headcanon for me, but I do wonder if that's got anything to do with CitrineClan right now, if there's any relation going on there.

Additionally, I absolutelt adore your character design! Could you tell us your process and what goes through your head when designing characters? They're so unique and memorable, I'm prettt envious!
