hi, I'm sorry if it's cluttering your askbox but since queers are losing rights around the world, I wanted to give a warning for enben (and other queers too) in the EU.

The EU still wants to pass Chat Control 2.0 which would cause scanning *ALL* of the messages (yes, including E2E ones). This would start a massive surveillance in the EU. And no one talks about it!

It would become especially dangerous if the law changes to target minorities like queers, POC, ethnic minorities, people with disabilities that are seen as dangerous etc.

Lazy lycanwing design doodle (ramblings under the cut)

This is not a creature of logic, but of suffering. In order to not risk deforming the brain, the skull simply merges into the "chest" flesh, resulting in the nostrils and eyes relocating to the neck.

Hairs typically harden into quills, the only spines the barbs along the thin tail. In order to get organs into the new body mass, the body basically spits them back up into the new vessel.

Several tendrils drip from the mouth to give the illusion of human matter; friendly humans tend to try and rescue/avenge their own. Though not depicted here, there are also usually some form of legs that hand from the mouth to further the illusion of salvation being possible.

To make up for the... poor vision, the hands remain in the modified shoulder joins to feel around; though still aware, a lycanwing is usually far far too disoriented/in shock to actually comprehend much to actually get around.

They don't have flight-worthy wings, though between the split bones of their "arms" there are a flab of skin, though this seems less like an advantage and more of something to warn anyone stupid enough to line up an extremity with the "teeth" of the "arms".

They have a barbed spear tail, with their "teeth" showing no signs of venom; it is a curse which causes this, and though contagious a bite is usually a coincidence, it cause; survivorship bias.

Lycanwings have no fire, but do seem capable of mimicking speech: whether this is a lite or a genuine attempt to call for help is debatable.

They're actually rather small, at most being the size of a hut, though their mass always increases, usually proportioned by the head. Depending on diet a lycanwing can vary in size each transformation though there is no "half" state; a lycanwing either transforms, or doesnt.

Yknow for ppl who kiss gooseworxs boots on a daily basis- her stans seem to sure love calling her the t slur as if shes not a complete stranger to them who likely has trauma sourending the t slur and not a fictional character they can jokingly call the t slur

Not to be overly general but I've noticed that TRFs (trans radfems) tend to do this a weirdly high amount. I was gonna say "especially white ones" but most TRFs are white anyway lmao

The best I can really describe it is that it's extremely hemegonizing, based on the assumption that all trans women act the exact same way and had the exact same (usually bigoted) pre-transition teenhood and have the exact same positive and reclamatory feelings towards "tranny"/other trans slurs and the exact same hatred for non-transfems and the exact same gender presentation and-- okay, I think you get the point now. They don't really care about possibly offending Goose because they work under the assumption that "surely she's the exact same as us other white transfems, right?".

personally I am of the opinion that vegans who are like “the way our food system currently works under capitalism on a large scale is exceptionally cruel to all animals including humans and is not sustainable, so I’m doing what I can to make the most ethical choices available to me about what I eat and encourage others to do the same” are generally very reasonable people who I agree with in spades. but vegans who seem to think human beings are not themselves animals who are ultimately also part of the food chain but instead some kind of other paternalistic higher entity that can never engage in ethical and sustainable hunting practices (and especially the fringe I’ve seen who think other carnivorous animal predators are also evil and need to be eliminated) are people I regard as foolish at best if not actively anti-indigenous and racist
