#it turned me into the average bisexual male. as opposed to frigid “bi”“ that didnt want to be touched/touch someone but maybe liked the idea #i know this is kicking a hornet nest but im reading this 600+ page Tome called 'FTM female to male transsexuals in society' by aaron devor #its mostly interviews from 45 trans men about their lives birth to present. but since it was originally published in '97 they were all born #from the 40s to the 70s so its interesting to see the generational divides on some things. and one thing i noticed is that many #were very adamant that they had never seen themselves as lesbians (and some were lucky enough to get partners who saw them the same)#even when they were in supposed lesbian relationships. and even years before they thought of transitioning. they still viewed themselves #as straight men in straight relationships with their straight gf/wife. it makes me wonder where the 'strong connection' between (binary)#trans men and lesbians really is beyond stone butch blues lol. im not 100% convinced it really exists and where it does i think it was more #out of obligation than any really truly deep Spiritual Connection or whatever. a lot of what says otherwise is michfest terfslop imo...

being a trans man online sucks cuz either everything you experience is reduced to misogyny (when cis women have been the biggest perpetrators and 99% of cis women do not relate to you one bit), or you're supposed to just sit down and shut up because you're a man which means retroactively everyone loves you and kisses your feet

#the majority of my experiences are far more inline with what trans women experience but actually women and men are different species #so you aren't supposed to be able to relate to them at all.
